The Metta Center

The Metta Center is my happy place. I’ve done yoga, massage, orthobionomy, and now Thai massage. Everyone is so knowledgeable, welcoming and warm and the services are exceptional.

I've been looking for a place to get back into yoga now that I'm feeling more and more creaky, but have struggled to find somewhere affordable. I found the Metta center online and went to a morning yoga class with David. It was a really nice experience! I was the only one in the class and was grateful that they didn't cancel it-- instead the instructor tailored it to fit my needs. Not sure why more people aren't flocking to this place! It is clean, has a calming atmosphere, very friendly staff, tons of yoga equipment, the pacing of the class was great, knowledgeable instructor, and was much more affordable than other yoga studios I've seen in the area. Definitely will be back!

This place is absolutely amazing! The massages I have received there have left me feeling AMAZING after. My wife has said the same. The owners also go above and beyond to work with you and make sure they are doing what will help you in the massage. My wife is deaf, and the therapist had spent a lot of time getting notecards together so he could adequately communicate with her and work with her for her birthday massage. Truly means the world to both of us with things like that.

Had a 60 min massage at Metta yesterday with Erica. Great location for me, great atmosphere inside spa, super friendly and positive team members. Solid massage for a fair price.. Loved it, will be back.

I had a great experience at the Metta Center. The booking process was easy, helpful reminders, and a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Leah provided an awesome custom-massage that targeted my areas of concern and greatly reduced the pain I was experiencing prior. I highly recommend the Metta Center!

The Metta Center is my go to for a relaxing massage. I recently had the wonderful experience of receiving a massage with Cat. She is an amazing massage therapist who adapts to what your body needs! I highly recommend her and anyone at the center, everyone has their own speciality but all are amazing!

As a former Massage Therapist, this is my GO-TO for getting massage work! I've been seeing David, Deirdre, and Leah for years for various work. Each has their own modalities and techniques that are incredibly helpful. I always leave feeling like I got more than I paid for. 100000/10 would ALWAYS recommend!

I love, love, love Amy! I first went to her for a couple of prenatal massages over a year ago. I have continued going to her and love her dearly! She has a wonderful, gentle spirit. And her hands are a gift! Best massages I’ve ever had. The office is cute and peaceful as well. I’ve never had a bad experience here. My husband has enjoyed massages with Amy as well.
