The Muscle Mechanic

I would go to Ted weekly if I could! Found him through Google, so reviewing and recommending someone truly works. Muscle mechanic describes him pretty well..much better than ‘massage therapist’ ever could! His combination of treatments with stretching, active release therapy, reflexology, acupressure are therapies I’ve never experienced before. I’ve been to at least 10 LMT’s. He truly has found his calling. He’s a humble expert…compassionate yet firm and directive. Anyone at all would benefit from his care and expertise. But, if you’re struggling with ‘stuck’ stuff .. stiffness..mobility issues and injuries he’s the one you need. He has a sincere/authentic desire to help and teach. The Muscle Mechanic is a great descriptor..but body & soul mechanic might take the cake! so very happy I found ya Ted… a bit of a miracle worker if you ask me! Thank you Thank you!

I saw the Muscle Mechanic for headaches and chronic neck/shoulder pain. His technique was unique, intense, yet relaxing at the same time. I'll definitely return for more sessions. I highly recommend!

Booked a much need massage appointment with Ted. Booking was a breeze. As I visitor to NOLA, Ted was helpful in answering questions how to find is NEW location and the travel time from where I’m staying, as he appreciates you arriving early for the appointment. (Hint) His new office location has a good relaxing vibe and Ted himself is very friendly. After our initial chat of any issues I was having, he set out to sorting my problem areas. Ted is very knowledgeable about his profession and shares this knowledge if you ask any questions. His goal it to help you but you also have to willing to help yourself. So…breathe and release the tension. After the session, you will leave feeling like a new person.

My experience here was amazing. It's really about learning how to let go of tension and once you get that, he can help you heal. It was amazing, will definitely be going back!

I was looking to get a massage and came across Muscle Mechanic. After reading the reviews posted I decided to book my appointment. It was the best decision I could have made. I had been dealing with extreme muscle pain around my neck, lower back and glutes. I booked a 1.5hr session. I felt like a million bucks after he was done. I Will definitely be back and would recommend Ted without any reservations. He was amazing and created a calm and relaxed environment making me feel at ease. Great job Ted!!!

Ted was absolutely fantastic and I highly recommend! His professionalism, intuition and “touch” were absolutely spot on in our 30 minutes session. Definitely wish I would have and will go longer next time! Bonus-he was able to crack my back, which no chiropractor has been able to accomplish!
