Really enjoyed my deep tissue massage from Jamila. She provided the perfect amount of pressure and focused exactly where I needed her to and my body felt better for it-leaving me feeling completely relaxed. The ambiance of the space was super clean, inviting, calming, and comfortable. Jamila was kind, knowledgeable and I plan to book many more sessions with her !

Today I experienced my first visit with Jamila at The Natural Nomad. I'm someone that is very picky when it comes to massages and I must say the the massage was great. It's not often that you visit a masseuse with range. I tend to want a deep tissue massage with most visits and sometimes that's hard to get from your average masseuse. I usually have to drive an hour across town for an Ashiatsu massage but today the same depth of work was accomplished by Jamila with her technique of muscle concentration, attention to detail and elbow work. She also performed good Swedish massage work when needed. She is very in tune with the body and demonstrated that knowledge even down to scientific terminology. The setting was professional and very clean. I highly recommend The Natural Nomad.

It's very important to give flowers where and when they are due. I have osteoarthritis and I explained my ailments to my wonderful therapist Jamila. I'm just in awwwwww with the results of my compression massage mixed with Asian Thai and swedish techniques. My plan is to get a regimen that's going to keep me mobile and work on my aches and discomfort. I'm pleased to have found someone who actually cares about healing. I had a wonderful experience from the moment I walked in until time to leave. The ambiance is beautiful and so relaxing. Jamila is amazing. She worked out the knot on my back and I felt so much better. All of my tension was gone. I highly recommend her and will definitely be back very soon.
