The NOW Massage Ashburn

Have been coming to the Now massage for almost a year. Everyone is very pleasant. Facility is up to date in cleanliness and relaxation mode. I wanted to thank Danielle and Sofia for resolving my massage account issue tonight. I definitely recommend Jack and Kayla. My husband likes Courtney and Ana.

Front of house staff gave me inaccurate account information both times I have booked at this location. The first time they confirmed I could use my membership from another state, then after the service said I was not able to (though other locations confirm that memberships are valid at any location). The second time I asked for confirmation I had credits available when I called to book my appointment. They confirmed I did, so I booked. After my appointment the very next day, I was told after the service that my credits had expired. Neither the GM or the Owner take accountability for the information their staff is giving out. Other NOW locations are fantastic. Do not recommend this location.

Mixed experiences here from shortened massage times to other mishaps. Management seemed disinterested when bringing issues up. Decor is fine but since there are just curtains separating the rooms it isn’t very private and you can hear just about anything. Nicole is a good masseuse. Overall not sure I’d recommend for the price and experience.

Michelle was awesome! I got a deep tissue add on and I told her my problem areas and she delivered! One of the best massages I've ever had! She listened to what I wanted out of the massage and tailored the massage to my needs. Will definitely book with Michelle again.

My therapist, Kayla, is excellent giving very good massages and therapeutic. The environment is very restful with low volume background music and I am very pleased with both Kayla and The NOW Facility

What a wonderful massage experience! The design aesthetic was beautiful and very calming. The customer service from the front desk to the massage therapist was A-1. Michelle was very personable and professional. I like how she took the time to explain what to expect prior to heading into our session and to let her know if I needed any changes. My tension has been so much better since this massage. The herbal heat therapy enhancement was a wonderful addition! Highly recommend!

Highest recommendations! And for all the right reasons…ambiance, great staff, membership pricing, availability, hours, and, of course, the best massages in town! Top notch masseuses include Danielle, Tom, Michelle, & Andres. There’s others, we just haven’t tried them all because we are so satisfied with these professionals. You won’t be disappointed!

Can't say enough good things about this place. I went for the first time this week and found it better than any other massage place in Loudoun. My neck is always giving me a bad time so I tend to go monthly and this place is my new favorite. It's clean, well decorated, and very spa like. They only offer massage in lengths up to 80 minutes (I prefer 2 hours for my neck) but I'll be back for sure. I had Michelle as my therapist and she was outstanding! 100% recommend.
