The NOW Massage Franklin

Located in Franklin. No convenient parking, not a huge deal because this is in the walking part of the city, just plan accordingly. Massage only. No showers, sauna, relaxation area. Therapist were okay. Mine skipped my feet, my wife’s skipped her right leg. It was the end of the day but they should have system to prevent this. If you are not a member it is expensive. Expected more at this price point. Ambience was nice. Staff was nice.

Wendy is amazing! I save up to get occasional massages and I have to say Wendy is better than some I've had fancy luxury resorts. She knows how to regulate and adjust pressure and listens to your preferences. Book with her, you won't be disappointed.

Dylan is an expert as his craft. He listens intently and provides a safe space to share what I’m needing most and he delivers! His massages are restorative and rehabilitating.

The Now is unlike any spa I have ever been to. The smell when you walk in of the Jasmine and Coconut candles is amazing. The set up is incredible. It is like you have been transported to cliffs on the ocean. It is not your typical spa, which is my favorite thing about it. They are solely focused on the massage, which makes the experience unlike any I have experienced anywhere else. The staff is unbelieveable, so kind, always smiling, making you feel like you are the most important guest ever. If you haven't been there, please schedule, so worth it!

When you want a really good massage ask for Christina. When I first went in, I could barely turn my neck now I got full mobility. She’s awesome.

Literally the most amazing place. From the moment you walk in the atmosphere is so relaxing and the staff is always so nice and welcoming. Brittany has done my massage twice now and absolutely nails it. It is like she’s been massaging me for a lifetime. Easily found all of my issue spots that needed extra care and always goes above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable and feeling great. Can’t recommend them enough!

Visiting from out of town and walked into this beautiful and calming environment. Staff were friendly, professional, and the experience from beginning to end was top-notch! They also helped me find a location near where I live, so I’ll definitely be signing up for a monthly membership!

I have been enjoying my visits to the Now in Franklin for nearly a year. I go once to twice a month and always feel better after my visits. I enjoy the ambiance from the signature scented candles to the very dim massage space with the sound of waves seemingly moving through the room…it is all very relaxing. The staff is courteous & attentive, and most importantly my masseuse Hayes gives phenomenal massages. He is highly skilled and in tune with any specific issues I am having. I have also received massages from three other masseuses and they have all been very good. The membership rates also make the service more affordable and keeps me on track with taking care of myself.
