He was recommended by the staff on my birthday, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made. Lamar is incredibly skilled, attentive, and always creates a relaxing and therapeutic experience. Every session leaves me feeling refreshed and balanced. Paloma is the most outstanding massage therapist I’ve ever worked with. She’s extremely attentive & always makes sure the session is focused on exactly what I need & it’s the exact pressure I want. She’s extremely present during the massage and quickly figures out any problem areas in my body & knows how to take care of them. I’ve been a member at the NOW for while and all their massage therapists are great, but I highly recommend requesting Paloma

The NOW spa is an amazing experience, the aesthetic is very beautiful and peaceful. The climate is perfect, never too hot or cold, they have heated beds and play a continuous ocean wave sound that’s extremely relaxing. The ambience of this place is beautiful! The employees were very kind and professional. Our masseuses came out, introduced theirselves and took us back to our designated areas. The massage bed were warm and so comfortable! Lori did an awesome job! My body was so relaxed I'm already looking at next months schedule.

Miranda was really nice. It was my first Massage and she helped me relax. Would do it again if the price wasn't so high. It's out of my price range and the only reason I went was because I won a gift certificate. But the staff are really nice and it is a clean and relaxing environment.

I book an appointment for 10am, the message confirmation says to arrive 15 minutes, I arrive and the door is locked, someone finally opens after I call them. I do the registration and receptionist calls the message therapist, she is literally at home telling the receptionist to move me to 11am while I am literally at the place waiting. I am a mother who made arrangements to get a massage and hugely inconvenienced by this “new“ massage center. Stick to the places you know. This is so not worth the hassle and poor client management.
