So, we emerged from the mountains like filthy miners desperate for liquor and city pleasures...and were disappointed elsewhere. But not at the Oxford. Strong, well-made, innovative cocktails and professional service. No food to speak of so snack before you stop by.

Great drinks with awesome service. After being terribly disappointed at the Office & the Saloon around the corner, we walked into the Oxford with plenty open seats at the bar and fantastic drinks. I asked the bartender to make his favorite whiskey drink, and without hesitation he whipped me up a drink. Shocked this place wasn’t more busy, but without a large sign out front it wasn’t super obvious to find I guess.

Been wanting to try out these "hand crafted cocktails" I've been hearing so much about on the radio, and made the mistake of checking them out on New Year's Eve. I've never received so much attitude for absolutely no reason from not one, but two bartenders in my life. These girls were on a power trip, all because I was curious about the drinks they normally offered. One of the girls, during the middle of a crazy rush, just kept dancing around, checking her phone, and at one point, was face-timing someone on her phone, all behind the bar, while contributing absolutely nothing to the crazy bar frenzy. And judging from the liquor selection behind the bar, I'm not sure how they could be doing much different/unique than the standard.The audacity, blatant disrespect, rudeness, and laziness was nothing I've ever seen before, but I certainly won't be returning for more.

Absolutely FAN-FREAKING-TASTIC drinks, atmosphere is on point. The Oxford is very laid back, cozy and eclectic. This is a perfect place for drinks with friends, a date, and everything in between! 10/10
