The Partisan

Stopped by for one of the Halloween night events. The atmosphere was cool and spooky. The only thing I would say is that the audio for the live music was soooo loud. I literally couldn’t hear what anyone was trying to tell me even when they were speaking in my face. Other than that, it was a nice space with a good atmosphere.

Some people that seem to be high on drugs where dancing inside with backpack on they looked transient, homeless, destroyed my night out, the group playing music had the volume awfully loud almost went dead. The place and service looked great don't get me wrong, the people were off.

I have been to The Partisan now 3 times and I have to say I enjoy it more every time, staff is friendly, the atmosphere is inviting and the food is good.

The Partisan is a beautiful time capsule. The ambiance and energy of this gorgeous music house is exactly what my soul craves. I wish that I would have taken pictures and video of the front of the stage. I was by the side, so my videos do not depict the beauty of this place. Check this place out, you will not be disappointed.

Go check this place out. Tuesdays - open mic. Wednesdays - trivia. Thursdays - DJ Friday - DJ Saturday - Band / Show / Comedy They've got good drinks, good service, good prices. Staff is great, and the back half of the bar is separate if you're looking for something a little more quiet.

Great place for a drink with friends! If you go early enough it's very casual, but can pick up later in the night. Bartenders make great drinks and they sometimes have a DJ or live band. There is a room in the back if you want to move away from the crowd. Nothing, but good experiences here.

Great crowd, good selection of libations and awesome bartenders. Solid spot for checking out bands and shows on the weekends. They have a good mix of both local as well as out-of-town bands. Plus there's always something to do on the other nights of the week, which include trivia, open mic and DJs. By far one of the best bars in Merced that is fun, beautiful, clean and welcoming to all.

We have always enjoyed the Partisan. Loved it back in the old days when the bar was low and it was always dark and cool. Since then, it's been remodeled, and it's absolutely beautiful. The ceiling is gorgeous and detailed...the bar is lovely. The bartenders are always friendly and they make some really tasty and creative drinks. Whenever we get the chance we stop in for a sip, and we always have a nice time. I love that they have open mics, live music, and fun events. Way to go, Partisan!! So glad you are back, we missed you!!
