I came in in bad shape and left in much better shape! Max worked on the knots in my upper back with gentleness and firmness. I appreciate his knowledge and compassion. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing. He gave me some stretches to do at home. I've already booked my next appointment!

I needed some serious help especially for my legs and feet after a year of running a Spartan 32 mile Ultra, 50 mile black hills Ultra, 34 mile Ragnar Ultra, and a 32 mile Glacier Hills Ultra - and boy did Laura T deliver!! I explained where my trouble areas were and how much pressure I can stand (I'm a swedish massage weenie ), and for the first time in a while I feel like I'm actually starting to recover. She is very professional and kind, the atmosphere is quiet and calming. I will definitely book again.

I’ve been to the Princess and the Pea before but never to Max and I can say he is a miracle worker. I went in barely able to move my neck and he followed my knots all the way across both shoulders and down into my thumb. I will definitely book with him again.

I had numbness and tingling down my arm into my hands and he took care of it. I can't wait to come back!
