The Quaff Sports Bar And Grill

We were just passing through overnight and wanted to try a local place. We walked by here and decided to try it out. We are a family of 4 with 2 tweens. We were immediately seated with no wait time around 6. We also were able to watch the Olympics while waiting on food, which was nice. All employees were friendly and interactive with their customers. Our waitress was very good and recommended the potato fries, which were very delicious. My son ordered the Alfredo pasta, which was good and creamy. My daughter and I shared a pizza and my husband had the steak.

We walked in on a Sunday evening with a large party. We sat down right away, and I want to say Brenda? Was our waitress. Super nice and quick. They had run out of steaks with only 3 left and our party had ordered more than 3. Some of our party left to find steaks elsewhere while others of us stayed and ate. We were told the steaks were butched Monday evening and steak night is Wednesday night. Once they're gone, they're gone until next week. They were super nice and apologized over and over that they didn't have enough. We were fine with it. Honestly it worked out for our group. The Qwaffles were amazing and the steak that one of our remaining had was delicious! Atmosphere: it's a bar. We threw darts and had fun.

Tried placing an order for to go food over the phone. After calling and letting the phone ring for 5+ minutes I decided to hang up and try again. Then after another 5 mins they picked the phone up and set it down. Nobody there so clearly did it so it would stop ringing. I decide against better judgement to go in order and wait. I ordered a medium steak that is well done at best. Had to get my chainsaw out to cut it. What sucks is both of the bartenders were extremely nice. But after this experience and as a local business owner this what disappointing at best.

Best bar in town. Coldest beer in town and has tons of real people who are very cool and just like anyone else. Be decent and you're treated decent. Ruben is fire , Tenderloin . Great cool vibe. 7/16/24 Prices are subject to change with inflation and owner discretion.

Scoops for the win. Also, I’ve been in KC over 10 years and nobody told me about these eats. Great service and amaze balls food.

Wednesdays are steak nights and the steaks are amazing, tender, and flavorful! I had a 12 oz Strip Steak that came with two sides for $16.99! The steak was a big and thick as my hand. You have to go just for the steak! If you like strong alcoholic drinks, this is your place. The pours are quite generous. I would have given 5 stars all around except for the fact that I ordered and received a rum and coke in tall glass. It was way too strong for me, so I asked for more coke to dilute the drink. I was charged $4.50 for the additional coke! My rum & coke was only $4.75 + $ 1 for the "tall" drink. Overall, the drink price was not horribly priced. It was just the principle of it. My drink wasn't made to my satisfaction, and to fix it, I was charged for an additional drink.

I love this place. Everything you could hope for from a dive bar. I also love to go to the people that give low reviews and analyze the Karen's. It is a favorite pastime. For starters, you have the (person?) that shows up at a busy bar right before a concert. But it gets better! Next up you have the complaint about the burger being on the burger she ordered. You can't imagine the busy wait staff answering the call and slamming the phone down with a suggestion on what to do with the meat. I think people that give one star reviews are the single most hilarious people. I swear, you could not pay me to listen to them but reading is just a kneeslapper.

Me and my friend came in for drinks, the lady was very nice who initially greeted us but our server was rude I wish I got her name. Do you have strawberry margaritas? No. Do they come frozen? No. Ookk , and I glance down at the menu “still no drink menu” . The server was just very short with us, so we left. The food seems good.
