The Rainbow Cabaret

This place was pretty much a dump but boy it was fun... . RIP Rainbow!!!

I visited this place Saturday night (1-2 am), I was hoping there will some crowd especially that people from clubs in downtown started disappear already. But I couldn't be more wrong. Place was completely empty, maybe 10-15 guys and the place is huge, very elder crowd. Besides that , this place really needs serious renovation! There is no soap what so ever in shower area, movies from last century and the most important, no condoms and lubricant provided!!! It looks like this business doesn't care about safety what so ever!!! Very disappointed!

I went to rainbow this past Saturday/Sund. for the first time just to see if it was bad as people were saying. It is not . The door person was not rude , he was actually pretty cool and helpful. I got there at 6am and there were about 15 guys there and people were still coming in. I got a locker and walked around a bit had some fun. The dark maze seemed to be where everyone flocked and later the theatre. My thing is , if there’s a clean shower and hot water , which there is, that’s A big plus. Anyway I had a hot time. So much so that I went weds afternoon about 3 and had a hot time again! Now I’ve been to the Tampa men’s and usually go there but there is not a crowd at all ..maybe 2 guys besides me and that’s on the weekend. Rainbow had substantially more guys. So,all n all my experience going there was great. Is it lap of luxury? nope but depending what you want from places like this it is what it is. I did not find it that bad.I go to these places for sex only not a luxury spa deal. I suggest brining your own soap and extra towel and of course flip flops and have a good time. I did and will be going again.

As an employee of the Rainbow Cabaret, I'd like to clear the air on an unfortunate situation that had occurred recently at our facility. Last Friday evening, a guest of the club was found deceased by our staff. He had rented a private changing room earlier in the day. When his check out time had been reached (8 hours), the staff on duty followed our standard operating procedures. The guest was paged (by lock number) several times, and when no response was received, the clerk on duty knocked on the room door. After still not receiving a response, the door was opened by staff and the guest was found, unresponsive and not breathing. Emergency services were contacted IMMEDIATELY and a response team consisting of law enforcement and paramedics arrived moments later. Our staff responded immediately to the situation without hesitation or delay and was handled appropriately given the circumstances. Further, we were advised by both paramedics and police officials that the guest had suffered a heart attack several hours prior to being discovered and, to our knowledge, no foul play or wrong-doing was suspected. In short, this was a random and unpreventable occurrence and our sympathy goes out to those affected by this loss. The Rainbow Cabaret is committed to our guests and their comfort, security and safety. It's not too difficult to be trashed online, especially in a business like ours, which is why it's important to get the facts out there, and the fact is...when you are visiting us at The Rainbow Cabaret, you are not alone.

In the beginning they used to have Food, Coffee and fri sat used to be so full of people. The place was , some what, cleaned and had the bare essentials like working toilets . NOW??? Now, i don't think they even bother to wipe down the mattress after people leave. While i was there, the Urinal keep flushing and over flowing on its own. I brought it up to the guy at the front and he said they knew about it. I was floored lol. The set up has the potential to be a really good place but they need to hire people that CARE about the place and/or a new owner with a better head for business. I don't dare recommend this dump to no one.

Ok where do I start the door to actually get into the place is falling off the hinge! The door to get into the back is just plywood! Tv in the main sitting area is broke bathroom is disgusting! The hot tube bawhaha broken as well! Remind you I'm visiting from out of town with my partner and we just wanted to get away and have some extra fun! We were told if you needed and extra towel come ask for one we did and we're denied! We asked if they could changed the choice of movie playing in the room we got and we got denied as well and was told to suck it up! So this is how I'm going to suck it up! The place is horrible! Beds are disgusting as well! Maybe if they did some updating to the place it would be a lot better place to come to but it's just ran down and needs a total gut job! We both weren't at all impressed at all and then they play music thru out the whole place I'm sorry but if your like us I rather get moans from people and the movies playing! So all in all my money was a huge waste and I will not be visiting again at all!

I make regular trips from Ft Lauderdale to Clearwater area to visit family. I always manage at least one visit to Rainbow during my weekend stay. I have never been disappointed. The facility looks (& feels "seedy") But I kind of like that element. Maybe because I am "new meat", but I always leave satisfied. I have MULTIPLE encounters and the men are always gentlemanly...meaning, a NO is a NO. Was there just last night & today I am a satisfied, content & HAPPY MAN.

R U D E, FILTHY NASTY PLACE !!!!!! The front desk person, is R U D E, lazy and very unprofessional!!!!! He asks for a dollar extra to find out if I am a member there !!!!! He told me that bed sheet was in locker and I told him, there is nothing there, he still insists about it, until he checked himself, there wasn't anything in that locker. The bed was moldy, the room is filthy ! I am very regret to be there ! I ask for a new towel as i just took a shower, ANOTHER $ 3.00 for ugly, worn out who know if it a clean towel ! I ask for an extra sheet, as it was a little chill morning, he just ignores me !!!!! IF I HAVEN'T PAID ANYTHING, I WILL RUN FOR MY LIFE !!!!! HORRIBLE FILTHY NASTY PLACE, RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXPENSIVE!!!!! This is my first n last time been there.
