The new food offerings at the Ritz in OB by Chef Canieka at the Loud Kitchen Experience are truly SO DELICIOUS! Everything was flavorful, on point, and executed great! We ordered the beef sliders with slaw, the mooniest fries, the cajun corn, the sweet fritters, and the Mac and cheese! Prices were reasonable and flavor was out of this world! A must try in OB!

Food was aight. Can't complain too much for a late night spot. The music was good and had a decent beer selection. Gets pretty crowded but no complaints about the service either.

TLDR: A gratuity that I didn’t leave was added to my check after eating here. My friend and I visited The Ritz Cafe on 6/22 and 6/23. The first day we visited, service was fine and the drinks were fine. We had no complaints. We visited the next day for brunch and the service was horrendous. It was notably busy so our food and drinks took a bit longer, which we weren’t concerned with as we were having a good time. However, the server for the tables next to us was very attentive and ours was the opposite. We maybe saw her twice, including the few times I looked back to see if we could get the check and she stared at us from across the room and made no attempts to come over. Two other people brought our checks as well as took our cards while she stood around. She never came back to our table. To add a cherry on top, when the charge actually posted there was an extra $12 added that I did not leave. Good thing I kept my receipt :). The same happened to my friend. We enjoyed the food from the loud kitchen but I don’t revisit places that steal from me so needless to say I will never return. My friend and I tried to call multiple times but no one answered and the voicemail is full. Figures.

Loved the atmosphere and karaoke was very fun. My first time visiting out here and coming to this bar. Only issue I had was my boyfriend and I got drinks and was told the total was $22. He gave the bartender $28 to keep the rest as a tip.they gave me the wrong drink but it was fixed no problem and the bartender then says the total was actually $26 and almost didn’t give me my drink bc “we didn’t tip her”. We tipped her $6 according to the $22 total she gave us. Even if it was $26 she still got a tip. May have been smaller but she told us $22 so we gave her $6 extra. I’m sure it was just a miscommunication on the price point but the way she spoke to us over thinking we didn’t tip her was a bit much. We tip a little more each time we get drinks so we would’ve tipped more when we ordered again but after that I honestly just didn’t want to run into the same problem again. Regardless, the bar was great. We had a great time and I would still recommend people come here. So much fun!

DJ Ricky Prime is the single worst DJ I’ve ever experienced. No idea how to change a song, played multiple songs twice, and was rude and touchy. Bar and drinks were fine though.

Very important to know that Dilly's is located inside the Ritz!! It's a dark bar but honestly I loved the atmosphere! Sophia was a great bartender; casual, friendly, helpful. The rice bowls were AMAZING. Next time we're in MV we'll have to go at night to experience the "night life", but it was a great quick lunch before our ferry! @amp_eats (instagram)
