One of the standout features of The Rock is their impressive variety of wing flavors. During my visits, I've tried several different flavors and have yet to be disappointed. The portions are also generous, making them perfect for sharing with the table. The atmosphere at The Rock is lively and energetic, with a bustling crowd that adds to the overall experience. The service at The Rock is generally friendly and attentive, though it can be a bit slow at times, especially when the restaurant is busy. The staff is knowledgeable about the menu and happy to provide recommendations, but guests may need to be a bit patient during peak hours. Despite the occasional delay, the overall service does not detract significantly from the dining experience If you're in the mood for a lively night out, fantastic wings, and a casual yet exciting atmosphere, The Rock Bar & Grill in Clifton is definitely worth a visit. While the service can be a bit slow at times, the quality of the food, particularly the wings, and the vibrant ambiance make this gastropub a neighborhood favorite. It's the perfect spot to gather with friends, enjoy a few drinks, and indulge in some of the best wings in town.

Grabbed some wing with an old friend. He raved about this place was not wrong. The wings were incredible and well prepared. Lots of different flavors. Bartenders were awesome the whole night. Seems like a great place to hang out and play darts. Lots of tv.

Small bar and grill. A hidden gem. Excellent wings and popper. Got the mild, which was a little spicy, and butter garlic which was most Excellent. Wasn't busy for a Saturday which was great. They had one staff member, working tables and the bar, which is crazy, but she did an amazing job. Highly recommended.

As you can see the wings were amazing from the other night. Sweet potatoes fries were a perfect texture so rare a lot of places make them too crispy or burn them. Great prices too, I would recommend coming here for the wings for sure!

This place has awesome food and it’s definitely an atmosphere for the adult crowds. But during a visit today when attempting to dine outside where there is many “no smoking” signs due to customers dining outside, I saw many customers smoking outside the yellow chains.. simply because you are on the outside of the chains 3 inches away does not mean we are not having your smoke. I feel like this should be enforced, no smoking outside the dining area. I left and decided to dine elsewhere.

Best wings ever! Service is always great. Atmosphere is a sports bar but fun. Been coming here for over ten years quality has not deteriorated. Great non alcoholic options.

Classic bar food and decent prices but the Thai Chili wings were AWESOME!! Sweet, tangy, and just the right amount of spice smothered on chicken wings, delicious. Parmesan garlic wings were also good and fortunately did not have a lot of garlic taste otherwise they would mask the creamy Parmesan flavor. The personal size plain pizza was fresh, not overcooked, and was comparable in taste to a pie you’d get from Pizza Hut/Papa John’s. The only item I was not a fan of was the disco fries (mozzarella and gravy topping). Flavor just tasted kinda funny (like plastic/styrofoam?!), fries were very thin, and they did not hold up well in the packaging which may be to blame as opposed to ordering them fresh at the bar. Next time I’d suggest ordering the fries plain, or with a dry seasoning unless they start using thicker cut fries (makes a HUGE difference). Otherwise, everything was about what you’d expect from a bar and the prices are reasonable...Will give some other items on their menu a try soon!
