The nachos were amazing and the table service was slow but friendly. This is where the happy portion of this review ends. I paid for table seats to see Tracy Byrd in concert. The General Admission ticket holders were allowed to stand in front of the tables. Those who paid extra for their tickets COULDN'T SEE THE SHOW! I had to take my 70-year-old mother (all 4'10" of her) to the side of the stage and STAND in front of the speakers for two hours in order to see the show! If I wanted my mother to stand, I would have paid for GA tickets! Next time, Rustic Charm, move the tables that are by the doors to the dance floor and cordon off the area. GA can still see/hear the show from the bar, tables get what they paid for, and you get more favorable reviews.

Came here for a late lunch. The burgers are very good, i got the whiskey burger which came with house made whiskey sauce. The whiskey sauce was sweet and savory, it blended with the seasonings in the meat well. Service was good however the restaurant was almost empty while i was here. Overall an excellent experience.

Wife and I were there during their soft opening, so they're still working out the kinks. That being said, the food was great, and their Whiskey Wings were really good! We also had the fried zucchini, and it was excellent!

My wife and I love this place. Today, we decided to stop for breakfast and were not disappointed. Food is always delicious weather you're having breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The atmosphere is very relaxing and friendly. The staff is very attentive and kind.

Don’t you hate it when you’re excited to try the new a restaurant and are completely let down with the overall experience? That’s exactly how The Rustic Charm went tonight. It’s about a 30 minute drive to Delta and we had been to the previous restaurant/bar Hoolies. We knew TRC was totally remodeled and were looking forward to seeing inside. Huge improvement. Completely different look and feel inside. Table top setting in front and bar height tables as you go back into the bar area. Complete with a stage. Being Tuesday, we saw on a chalk board they had Taco Tuesday specials. Initially there were two servers, a guy and a gal. The guy seemed to be doing double duty as server and bartending. On arrival it wasn’t busy. Three tables and a couple at the bar. Two of the tables were finished and leaving. About this time, the live entertainment, a girl and her guitar with a portable PA, came in and began setting up in the bar stage area. Our server was the guy. He came over and took our drink order. Diet and a water. We asked about the Tacos and he brought a taco menu. The gal seemed to be ending her shift about then as a couple more tables came in. He came back and took our order. Carne Asada, Mahi Mahi and a Carnitas. 9 tacos in total with garnishes and chips. He stayed busy greeting, seating snd filling drink orders for others. After about five minutes someone came out of the kitchen and said to the gal they were out of Carnitas. We heard it. Then a short while after our server came over and told us they were out of carnitas. I said we’d take the El Pastor. After maybe another 20 mins, out came the tacos. The El Pastor and Mahi Mahi first. They looked great. I picked up a Mahi Mahi and my wife went in for El Pastor. When I handled my taco it was barely room on the tortilla. Then out came what should’ve been the Carne Asada, but nope, shrimp, he was gone. Since the gal was now gone and he was the only one serving and another table of six came, I went to the bar to let him know the mistake. He looked at the order in the system and came over and saw we did have shrimp by mistake. Now sitting back down to eat, the Mahi Mahi was room temperature at best. Sorry, I’m not eating cold fish unless it’s properly prepared sushi. All three were the same. I asked my wife if the El Pastor was hot, she said luke warm. Having pushed the Mahi Mahi aside leaving 2 untouched and a half eaten, when he came back by I would tell him. He didn’t come back until bringing out the corrected Carne Asada order. I told him they were cold and if he would remove them from the order. He seemed perplexed and said he brought them right out when they said they were ready. How long they sat in back, no idea. Long enough to be cold. 5 minutes with adding cold pico de gallo on top will cool them down. But the tortillas didn’t feel warm and should’ve been. We polished off the El Pastor and then the Carne Asada, calling it one and done for The Rustic Charm. We didn’t look at any reviews prior to going. But while we were waiting and waiting for Tacos, we read some. For being relatively new and an average of 3.8 and help wanted sign out front, things aren’t going smoothly. We’ve both been in good service and customer service industries, at length. I know it’s hard to find help these days. Even harder to find Good help. I’m not saying our server wasn’t good. I’m saying that you need to have enough food and staff on hand to fill and complete orders and enough staff to serve, bus tables and tend bar. Street Tacos are really, really easy to do and they couldn’t do them right tonight.

Definitely the best place in delta to eat or drink, cool looking place with good vibes. Service is great just a little slow they need another server to help out it’s not a lack of effort she just can’t keep up with the people there’s so many usually probably because it’s such a good spot!

Clean sports bar. Really quality food! Southwest egg rolls were one of the best apps I ever had! All their meat is sourced in colorado Update: well we had a great time playing touch tunes, the owner came with her husband and he snapped rudely at the bartender to shut it off! We had many songs in queue that we paid for, and same genre of music they played after

The food was cooked perfectly and was delicious. The presentation was on key. Service was kind of slow and those saloon doors banging together were kind of annoying. All in all, it was a good visit.
