The Spa at Saco Mills

One of the best massages I have ever had! Caitlin checked in with me several times to know if the pressure was good. My daughter had Leila and enjoyed her massage very much, as well. Nice, calm environment too.

I’ve been twice now and will continue to go back! Laila is exceptional - the best massage I’ve ever had! You’re greeted with the coziest waiting room, the friendliest staff, and leave feeling relaxed. Overall amazing experience.

My husband and I had a couples massage for our anniversary. The power went out in parts of Biddeford and Saco as we arrived for our appointment. They were so sweet and accommodating. Thankfully, the power came back on and we had fantastic massages. We would love to come back!

Excellent massage with Morgan. She concentrated on my neck that was very tight! Wonderful waiting area to relax. Spa was beautiful, welcoming and clean. Look forward to returning and telling my friends.

We had a really great couples massage to celebrate our anniversary. The massage was great! I will say that the reviews we read had over-hyped the "experience." The facilities are clean and the customer service was excellent. But the "sanctuary" is really just a waiting room (nicely furnished and clean). It was kind of stressful getting there, it is a large mill building with many businesses and the signage for the spa is kind of hard to pick out when you park. Panic set in: OMG, where do we go, are we really going to be late for our massage??? We finally found the sign and got in the elevator and hastily chose floor 3A instead of 3. Confused, we called reception and she straightened us out. The elevator door opened on 3 to a dark hallway because the lights are on motion sensor. The bathroom is public, outside the spa door in the hallway (relatively clean). The "Couples Custom Riverside Experience" was a great massage, but the room was pretty plain, the shades were drawn and when I peeked out the window to see the river it was a view of the road. The room was a little small for two tables, I heard the masseuse stumble over a stool when she was trying to navigate around my table. The sound system is pretty nice, a step up from a boom box. Anyway: good massage, good value for the price, good customer service, good marketing (maybe too good), but don't expect it to be super luxurious. I would go back.

Beautiful space, amazing products, and fabulous staff. I did a hot stone massage with Justine and the calms river facial with Cherie. Both were absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable and great at communicating to gain insight on my hopes for the appointments, while maintaining a relaxing environment. Definitely will be going back.

Morgan is a great massage therapist with very gifted hands, never felt so relaxed , so relaxed almost fell asleep on the table. Want good facial or massage see Morgan. Thanks again.

Booked a last minute massage for my trip to Maine and The Spa at Saco Mills did NOT disappoint! Although a bit confusing to find at first, once you enter the Spa you will be at peace from the moment you walk in. The massage by Justine was incredible; she spoke in such a calm voice and checked in to make sure the amount of pressure was okay every so often and made me feel extremely comfortable. I added on the blueberry cream which smelled lovely. After the massage I relaxed a bit in their "sanctuary" with two other ladies who had also finished massages and drank blueberry tea, while sitting on their cozy couches with a nice blanket. Would definitely come back here next time I am in town!
