Super cool spot. It was busy but fun on a Sunday. The bartenders know how to pour a well balanced drink & you can actually taste the alcohol. The Beef Nachos were great, we finished them & then ordered some Jerk Wings. They were really good, sweeter than I expected, but had a great flavor. Plus they were cooked crispy, just like I like them. We only found this place because we were lost, but I wish it was closer to home, because we would definitely go back

After hearing the hamburgers were all precooked then warmed up before serving, I asked for a fresh one cooked medium rare. Server told me they don't do medium rare and likely it would be medium. I came out well done. No pink in sight. And dry. Bun not warm. I have children not as old as some of the TVs. And the menus at the table are about as old. All in all it didn't hit "the spot".

Have always loved the Spot but the service was off when we went for a friend's birthday lunch last week. We watched tables of people come in after us get their food and we were still waiting. The server did apologize and discounted our meals but wow that wait was too long. We felt forgotten. And my glass didn't look clean at all. It'll be a while before I return.

This was the first and last time we will visit this restaurant. The service was ok but the food took too long. The prices are way too high for an ala cart menu with food that was not fabulous, onions rings over done, rueben sandwich almost burnt, fries were crumbs, burger had no flavor. Drink order was quick but soda was flat. In short, we expected better for the price. We understand the economy is bad and things are more expensive but fast food would be a better option than this.

The food is still good, it seems they never make the habanero burger the same way...every time I order it is different, but still good. Do not expect service if you are sitting on the back deck sad to say. I was there during jazz & the music was blaring so loud, it seems they'd have it low key, as there are bands outside playing.

The Spot on the Alley was a super-delight!! I enjoy a bar atmosphere, and this place had lots of it!!! I had the Sloppy Joe's, and they were cooked to perfection! I'll be back!!

Burgers are so good! Tasted gourmet style! Tater tots were so crispy and the fried pickles were perfect!!!

Great food but the service can be painfully slow. I placed a carry out order over the phone and was told it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. After nearly 40 minutes my salad still wasn’t ready. I understand that places get busy but if there’s gonna be a 40 minute wait, let me know that up front
