The wife and I were invited here. We had a great time. Don’t know if they serve food though. All and all I would recommend this place if you like karaoke.

I’m never coming back to this place. It’s only good for work events or family gatherings at best. My friends and I came here for a birthday celebration, and yes, we were toasted—but we respected the rule: no alcohol in the building. Yet the staff, a bunch of weird individuals, kept barging into our room during songs like they were looking to catch us doing something wrong. Multiple people have complained about this, and I now see why. Then, they accused us of having alcohol. An Asian guy with long hair ripped open my bag, showed it to security, and guess what? All they found were my cigarettes and wallet. But despite finding nothing, they still tried to hit us with a $50 fee for drugs or alcohol! I should seriously look into legal action for violating my privacy, but we decided to just leave instead. It’s clear to me that they’re discriminatory. I’m done with this place.

No food. The atmosphere is amazing and personalized. Dont have to be out with a crowd of random ppl. Thats amazing. Their drinks on the other hand are way too expensive for no reason at all. Yes my drink was good but it was a regular sized cup for 14 or 15 bucks. Never again. Idc the event if I ever go back. But their service, customer service is top tier. Those who got it will enjoy it. Drinks are good. You can see the cup and its not worth the price at all.

My daughter had her graduation party here. The staff was very attentive and helpful to the group of approx 30 recent high school graduates. Cori was especially helpful and a gracious hostess. I'd highly recommend this place for a good time with friends and a fun night out.

The interior was amazing. Theres no food but you can have food delivered but have to pay a fee to the establishment for outside food. Few complaints about weak mixed drinks. Nice sound system in room 3 tvs no timer in room they will cut off song in the middle of everyone singing. Posted receipt had 2 double shots of 1800 and 2 beers total $57.40 way over priced for one person. Nice room nice atmosphere drinks are expensive no food no smoking or vaping

We had so so much fun singing and dancing until the wee hours of the morning. The atmosphere is stunning. Make reservations dependent on your group size. This is a medium room (right, Blair?)You order your drinks in your room and use the iPad on the wall to choose all the songs in the. I hope there will be more artist selections.

The highlight of our experience was our server Christine. Every other staff member was extremely rude, unprofessional, and our room was not prepared before we came in. Our TVs didn’t work, the speakers were blown, and the security was constantly coming in during songs and then just leaving. It was super weird. The owner also came in and yelled at our server for a remote control being on the table? It wasn’t a great look. I don’t like to support businesses that treat their staff that way/ especially in front of me.

It is a fantastic place to make a reservation for a big party for karaoke night. There are plenty of song options to choose from! I enjoyed my time here for my friend's birthday party karaoke night.
