Was in the mood for some hot wings and decided to try the Walkabout out! In the end, I was glad I did! I got a delivery order so I cannot comment on the building or service but my food was made quick, given to me quick, and the delivery driver was nice and friendly! The food I got, ranging from hot wings, fries, and mini tacos were all tasty AND very affordable! No problems, try the Walkabout if you're in the area, I recommend it! Hand breaded Deep fried cheese curds? Yes please. Pleasantly surprised see that walk about batters the curds themselves. Than you for satisfying my craving for cheese curds that I was feeling was weeks. So happy to know that the neighborhood bars serves a fine tasting side of cheesecurds.

We hosted an afterparty at the Walkabout recently and had a fantastic time. The crew was quick with food and drink orders and helped us keep our party going into the night!

Walkabout is a great place to grab a drink and some tasty food. Love the bratwurst tacos and usually pretty awesome rotation of appetizers and specials that are different from what you can find at other places around town. Awesome staff and the only negative is it’s sometimes so packed it’s hard to find a spot to sit.

The food wasn't great. Had a burger and a chicken quesadilla - cheeseburger was OK, had.better. The chicken had weirdest flavor. Cheese curds were terrible. Sweet corn bites were the highlight of the dinning experience.

Very good food with great service. Small hole in the wall joint but still really cool. Worth a stop if you are in the area.

The actual bar itself is nice. Nice decor, well maintained. Staff was friendly. Food left a LOT to be desired. I would say this was the worst food I have had in a long while. Burger much smaller than the bun. Smelled and tasted like raw mushrooms. I do like mushrooms and I prefer them to be cooked. Thing is, I didn't order any mushrooms and there weren't any mushrooms in the burger. Bland and at room temperature. Fries were bland, overcooked, and at room temperature. To be honest, I would have been better off going to BK or Wendys. I was trying to be a little healthier and getting something fresh cooked. I drove out of my way to get here and the food took a while. I ended up going to a Kwik Trip a little later to get my hot burger fix. MUCH more satisfying and a lot cheaper.

The food is good, the drinks are good, and the bartenders are very friendly. There is a wide age range of clientele. We ordered the Meisfeld's steak sandwich. ( a Wednesday special) and their Korean BBQ wings! Both were excellent! My husband and I shared them!
