So cool!! I love a good Speakeasy and this one is soooo cute!! Love, love the Apothecary theme. Our cocktails were top notch as was our mixologist, Tristan!! He was very friendly and more than willing to share his knowledge and “Tricks of the Trade.” Only here for cocktails, so we didn't try the food. If the food is anything like the cocktails, you can’t go wrong. Don’t forget to get the password!!

We didn't eat but had some awesome cocktails. I had a Thorogood and it was great! Cool, dark atmosphere like I would imagine a speakeasy would be like.

If you're looking for top-notch drinks and an atmosphere that makes you feel like you're a regular the moment you walk in, The White Rabbit in Gilbert is your spot. My wife and I are regulars here, and for good reason. Not only do they serve some of the best cocktails in the valley (seriously, 1837 is a must-try), but the vibe is always on point. Shout out to Lauren—our go-to waitress who’s the epitome of professionalism and friendliness. She's quick with the libations and the drink refills), and always makes us feel like VIPs, even on our fifth round. And honestly, all the servers here are great, but Lauren just sets the bar. As for the food, it’s definitely worth a try. The options have gotten a little smaller lately, but hey, we can’t knock them for keeping things fresh and fancy. If you’re looking for a place with consistent, amazing drinks and service that makes you feel Great and escape from the insanity of the modern world then look no further than The White Rabbit. Hands down some of the best drinks you’ll find in the valley. We'll keep coming back—because why would we go anywhere else

Cute little speak easy but you gotta know the password or pass phrase that changes monthly! Food is good and the drinks are great! Also connected to a cool bar that has a DJ and plenty of room to dance. I may have had one too many dirty shirlies in there

Simulates a speakeasy from yesteryear. You need a current password at the door to enter the dimly lit bar which serves a good assortment of interesting cocktails. Good place for picture taking.

Great speakeasy to check out in Downtown Gilbert! You give them the password and they take your name and make sure there's a place for you to sit. They accept reservations and walk ins. Plenty of cool stuff to see on the way in and on the walls inside. They have a lot of options on their drink menu or you can ask for a bartenders choice and they make a custom drink for you to try. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Service was quick, highly recommend checking this place out!

Such a cool atmosphere. Go back in time in this Speakeasy. Drinks were good, food was yummy. The vibe was off the charts!

So SO cool! The drinks are incredible, the service is great, and the atmosphere is next-level. This isn't a bar- it's an experience! During one of my visits, a live jazz singer was performing. She was so talented and it heightened the experience. Make sure you make a reservation if you're going on a weekend, especially if you have a group (3+).
