Samantha & I decided the 60 min massage would be the best place to start to help my sciatic nerve pain that shot down my leg from my hips/lower back. She was patient and kind during our consult. The room was cozy and warm. The massage was fabulous! She was attentive to my preferences. There were some major releases in my left glute where I was feeling most of the pain. Immediately after the massage I noticed no pain in my leg anymore. So far today my hips and lower back feel much better and I am so happy for that because I have a toddler at home who needs me. First, my workouts are focused around weightlifting (snatch and clean & jerk). I started going there since I had pain in the left shoulder whenever I got into the snatch position. It got progressively worse, and I couldn't do anything overhead for about 8 weeks. I went to Grace for a therapeutic massage, and the following day I could do overhead work without any pain. Went again, and the shoulder only felt better in overhead lifts. I have more scheduled, and will be going back for upkeep work

Has a massage the other day at their new location. Such a peaceful and welcoming space. The massage was wonderful. Carla makes her own "after bite" serum you roll onto your skin and it works instantly and lasts for hours! I highly recommend!!

OMG! Try the Float experience! An entire hour in a warm room, floating in a salt water bath that's perfectly adjusted to body temperature. The tub is so big that I could float with my arms stretched out over my head & sideways. Be completely tranquil, in soft light or complete darkness. Then be gently awakened from tranquility with a gradual light & music. Oh so very nice & relaxing! The staff couldn't be nicer, explaining their process, & safeguards to assure a very clean experience. Thank me after your first try!

This was a great experience! I was hesitant about a salt float as I have a hard time relaxing. It’s hard to explain how tranquil and calming the float was! I felt like I was wrapped in clouds and had absolutely no pain. The time flew by. I came out relaxed and rejuvenated! It was a very relaxing environment. I highly recommend trying a salt float at Zaniya Center.
