I cannot say enough about this place. The owner is so beyond accommodating to expecting mothers. She is so far booked out but will make accommodations to expecting mother since she knows the pain and struggle we are currently going through. She is thorough before the massage starts and makes sure to ask questions about problem areas etc. The office area is so inviting and the massage room is beyond relaxing. Any expecting mother or anyone in general looking for a massage,, I highly recommend The Zen Den, she is amazing and well worth the wait ❤️

A massage at the Zen Den is therapeutic from the minute you walk in the door until you leave! Crystina is a master at making you feel welcome and seeks to give you the most beneficial massage for the issues you want to address. She is a consummate professional. The space is inviting, peaceful, and immaculate. I recommend her to all my family and friends. I guarantee you will leave feeling better!

Everything about my experience here was great!!! I was in town for a wedding and last minute looking for a place to relax for a bit. Crystina was so accommodating and great about communicating with me and getting everything set up. And then the massage…. Oh my word. So so good! Very attentive to my wishes and just right amount of pressure. I didn’t want it to end! Thankful it worked out. Highly recommend this place!

she does an amazing job in her work. I love how comfortable she made me feel and welcomed. the setup is amazing and relaxing. while she was doing the massage, i felt like i was away from reality. my mind was so clear and calm. i highly suggest her for someone who needs their mind and body to breathe! one of the main things i like going to people like her is that they also help me understand in detail, and help me learn more about my muscles/body and how important it is to take a step back and let your mind and your body to breathe once in a while.

I had my first massage with Crystina and it was nothing short of wonderful! She was very professional throughout the whole process and made me feel comfortable and relaxed before the massage even started. The Zen Den is truly as it sounds, a clean and cozy environment for ultimate relaxation. Crystina was very receptive to the pressure of my liking but also how different areas responded to pressure as well. It was so good I even fell asleep towards the end! I I cannot recommend her and her space enough. I've already booked my next massage and plan to make it apart of my regular self-care routine!

I was very thankful that my expired gift certificate was honored. I had a very relaxing experience and would definitely recommend the 90 minute full body with the hand scrub add on.

Crystina is amazing! She is a fantastic masseuse and she set up a very comfortable and inviting space. She is easy to talk to and she listens carefully before and after the massage. During the massage, she is quiet which I find very relaxing. She seems genuinely concerned about her clients and eager to help. She is delightful.
