Theranomics Massage and Sauna

I'm very active and it's been difficult to find someone who can deliver therapeutic deep tissue massages. I know this review will only make it more difficult for me to get into seeing this therapist. Ron, has helped me tremendously. I tend to get muscles knots in my upper back and shoulders that make it hard to be as functional in my daily activities and hard to sleep without aches in my neck and shoulder. Ron hands are blessed. I wish I could take him home with me lol. He's thorough and very professional. I can tell he loves what he does and doesn't seem like someone who stopped learning once he became certified.

First time going to Theranomics Massage on 6/19/25 for a birthday gift in my experience was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful the young lady at the front desk has great customer service.

Absolutely amazing! Me and my husband went for a couple’s massage and it was the BEST massage we’d ever had!!! We walked out feeling so refreshed, the world looked brand new would highly recommend and will definitely be back soon!

I love that this place is a black owned business. They have awesome customer service and reasonable rates for their services. I love that they have a sauna as well along with a shower to help you relax even more. My massage was so great that I gifted my husband a massage too! We both enjoyed our experiences and will be returning soon! Note: they may look closed from the outside but it's just that they have a dark and calming ambience on the inside.

If you’re questioning whether to book run and don’t walk. I’ve been going to Ron since 2021 and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The establishment is clean and instantly makes you feel relaxed. I love massages and the additional services like the foot scrub and stretch feel wonderful. I would highly recommend!!!

This is a wonderful place to go for a relaxing and refreshing day out. I have health issues that cause a lot of back pain and I have found that Theranomics Massage and Sauna is a great place for me. The staff is extremely nice and accommodating and asks questions to ensure your experience is the best it can be. This location also gives discounts for Kaiser members so for anyone who may have health issues this is a great place to go.

This appointment was a last-minute booking, I was trying to book with another therapist, but they were not available and I am so grateful that Janine had availability. So I have had massages in the past, but it has been quite a while since I’ve had one. I knew that I had sore muscles. I knew and what felt like knots in my muscles. First of all walking in, I was taken back because it was neatly tucked out of the way and the inside was so inviting, I was given the option of my choice for aromatherapy. I chose the lemon, which is my absolute favorite. I was escorted to my treatment room and Janine instructed me on how to prepare for my session. I was so excited about finally being able to get a massage, I think I had my clothes halfway off before I even got into the room! That’s how much I was so looking forward to this massage treatment. And then I started getting in my head, thinking my body felt like a brick, (to me), I knew without a doubt that I had to get those muscles worked out. The warm towel on my back was H-E-A-V-E-N! Janine was able to not see the areas that needed the work but her fingers tips guided her to the areas that needed work. It felt like my muscles melted under the pressure of her fingers. That’s a indication of a great therapist that listens to her client’s body. I don’t know if I snored…… I don’t know if I moaned or groaned….. . I do know that that was the best not only rest, but sleep, that I have had in a long time. I will be booking another session, no, regular sessions and I will make sure that my sessions are with Janine. I’ve always heard that massage is a luxury well, I think it’s a necessity!!

On July 18, 2024, I had such a wonderful and relaxing experience with not one complaint and it was my first time ever using Theranomics! I got the Sauna Package, which included a 1hr massage and 1hr in the sauna. I was blown away from the reception after walking in until the private sauna after my massage! I was ecstatic about that because I was comfortable and loved being alone in my thoughts. My masseuse was D’Amber and she was amazing! I’ve booked again for next month and can hardly wait!!
