Wonderful environment with a cool gift shop in the check-in area. Rick was professional and helped me with problem areas. Everyone who I interacted with was cheerful and helpful. I felt incredibly comfortable the whole time. I purchased a CBD salve that Rick recommended, and I love it! It was an A+ experience from beginning to end.

Quiet pretty massage place with attentive staff. Very calming environment and relaxing experience. Amy gives an excellent skilled massage and other staff I have had in the past are also good. Convenient location in downtown Highland Park.

I cannot recommend Therapeutic Kneads and my masseur Rick enough! I saw them for 10 weeks and the results have been life-changing. Prior to my sessions, I had limited shoulder and neck mobility which was impacting my ability to work out and live my daily life. Rick worked wonders on my muscles and I am now able to move without pain again. The entire experience was professional, calming, and truly therapeutic. I am so grateful for the care and expertise I received at Therapeutic Kneads. Five stars all the way!

Therapeutic Kneads in Highland Park is wonderful. Hands down, this is the place to go for massage therapy. Ownership and the entire staff have gone above and beyond to help. Facilities are superb and Joseph, the therapist treating me is excellent. I highly recommend Therapeutic Kneads due to the high level of care they provide.

This place is a wonderful gem in the middle of town. The massage therapists are the greatest. There is one for everyone. The depth of variety of therapist make it a great place. I have never received a bad massage. Rick is my personal favorite. He has the right type of pressure for me to fix what bothers me. I highly recommend coming in for a massage. I have even taken my teen kids in for a massage and they loved it too.

Highly recommended massage by Katelyn, who adeptly worked our my knots in my back and stretched my neck and massaged my arms and legs to the point I felt like jelly when I left. It was really great and will ne coming back.

When I say this is definitely the best massage ever. So I was in bed watching tv and a commercial came on, from this place. I’d never heard of them so I decided to book. …. The booking process was easy. Then I was running late, they were so accommodating. So I get there, the place is cute enough. Karen my massage therapist came out. She looked like a normal nice lady with soft hands, so in my mind I was like Oh boy, I’m about to waste money. But she was so nice. Well Karen got to rubbing on me , but I still wasn’t convinced. … But she must’ve read my mind and said “lil Girl” I got this. Cause my God she got every kink, pain and tension knot out of my back and neck. I get a lot of massages , this was the best. When we were done I told her “we go together now” cause I promise i found my new place. And Karen. I also got some good muscle ache cream there.

The staff here are extremely polite and professional. Also, as a repeat customer, I can say with confidence that you will not leave disappointed.
