The experience was amazing. I heard about floating or sensory deprivation but had never done it. When I found out that there was float center close to me, I was excited. I talked to Emily and scheduled an appointment. On my appointment date, I was well informed about how to use the float tank. They also made sure I was comfortable. The water was perfect and relaxing. The float pod was clean and the sound system was clear. After the float session Emily followed up with me to see how it was. She friendly and made feel like I was talking to a friend. For all in pleasant Grove UT, please go and support this business. I will be returning and use the other services available to us. Thank you Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork.

My massage was a gift from my kids. I loved it! My therapist took the time to talk to me about my trouble areas. He was very professional and he did great work on my knees and back. I would highly recommend Therapeutic Massage. I plan to go back.

Sara was absolutely amazing. I’ve had quite a few health issues this past year and a half and I was very nervous trying a massage again and her knowledge took away all of my fears and I had an absolute amazing experience. She seemed to know just what I needed and did some lymphatic work. I would highly recommend this business and Sarah as my massage therapist. Due to me being unable to open my schedule, I saw a different massage therapist today and I was very impressed. Her name is Faiva and she was great to talk with and always checking in with me if the pressure was correct. She asked many questions to ensure I would get the massage I needed and she also checked in with Sara about my needs and likes. I would highly suggest either of these amazing employees and I am so thankful for this business.

After having knee surgery, I was desperate to find a massage therapy place that will aid me in better recovery and to get a better range of motion. I'm so glad I found this place after much research! I'm a pretty paranoid patient when it comes to someone touching my knee after surgery so I was so lucky and privileged to have found Sarah, who is such a pleasure to work with. She really listens to your needs, concerns, and areas of the body where better circulation needs to improve. On first visits, she gave me a lymphatic massage which really opened up my body's circulatory system to just have better blood flow, specifically the injured area, the knee. According to their website, "This modality is designed to assist the draining of toxins through the lymphatic system, a complex network of vessels, tissues and organs. Proper lymphatic draining can result in better moods, clearer skin, improved circulation, and increased energy." I've had this massage performed by Sarah a handful of times now and it really helped my body overall to just move better and feel better from within. As she suggested, it's also good to get this message when seasons change. Dr. Bob Lindberg is also a good chiropractor who also performed gua sha on my leg/around the knee area too.

I’m not sure if the massage therapists here know how valuable they are, but I feel like I need to share how life changing Therapeutic Massage has been for me. This is not the typical short lived feel good massage that you may be accustomed. I have had consistent intense tension and migraine headaches for 20 years. I’ve tried everything you could imagine from diet/exercise, meditation, preventive & onset medications, to Physical Therapy with only PT marginally helping. I give up and then try again to find something that could possibly help. I was referred to Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork by a physical therapist and started in 2023. I booked an appt with Jess and he understood my issue very well and was confident that he could help as he explained he’s very good with pain management especially of this sort. As usual I was coming to him deflated from little improvement prior and was cautiously optimistic as he went through a treatment plan for me. This included setting expectations because things can vary depending on factors like what the pain is or what you’re doing at home to help it. As I started to see improvement in going regularly, I was more motivated to do other things I couldn’t normally do with the migraines. I work full time, have kids, and still do what I expect out of myself but it was always hard to keep this up with this constant pain (let alone do anything extra I wanted to do). Now about 9 months later, my headaches have reduced in both intensity and frequency at a high rate. I’m down from about 20-25 tension headaches/migraines a month to about 1-2 low regular intensity headaches a week and sometimes I’ll even go a couple weeks without getting a headache at all. Jess is wonderful. He’s very patient, smart, kind and relatable, dedicated, and most importantly really effective and good at what he does. This has allowed me to work on other areas of self improvement. Which included starting on lymphatic massages for inflammation. I’m in the beginning of that but have already also noticed positive changes with pain reduction in areas that have had surgeries and overall swelling/tightness. Sarah is a true professional, so knowledgable, very effective, kind and thoughtful with this technique. I have also gone to Lou a couple times and she’s very good as well. It’s clear to me they hire very capable massage therapists. I cannot express how much they have truly helped me more than anything with feeling better. I’ve gone from being grumpy from constant pain to feeling like I can live a better life and be a better person. They make therapy consistent and easy by allowing set lower prices for follow up appts. I have so much gratitude for them. They are very valuable in their profession and extremely skillful in providing long lasting relief.
