Therapeutic Massage by Tionna

Tiona cancelled on me twice!! I only get a couple days off and I wish I would’ve been able to schedule with another small business. I asked her questions about what the CBD massage entailed and she ignored me completely. I called them 3 times in one week, left voicemails and nothing was returned to me. On top of that Tiona cancelled her appointment with me the morning of my appointments. Highly unprofessional and I’m sadly disappointed :/ Don’t think I’ll return and I just wanted to warn the public so that you’re not fooled like I was and also so that this business doesn’t waist your time.

Tionna was fantastic! I got a Mother’s Day massage and she did an amazing job. Tionna focused where I asked her to and made sure I felt comfortable. I walked out so relaxed. I cannot wait to go back and see her again.

Both my fiancé and I set appointments with Tionna for hour long massages. To start, the massage room is set up so nicely. It has a nice calming vibe and feels very comfortable. She’s professional, accommodating and thorough. It shows that she loves what she does and truly cares about helping people. She takes her time to learn what areas are causing discomfort to make sure you get what you need from your massage. We’ll definitely be back!

I had an amazing experience getting a massage by Tionna! I felt comfortable and felt that she listened to my concerns and was able to deliver relief to areas that were bothering me. She seemed very knowledgable as well. Excellent atmosphere, clean and professional.

Got a massage today from Abi, she was awesome! It had been awhile since I had a massage. The pressure was perfect. Highly recommend!

So, I scheduled a week out and looking forward to this. I'm sitting in the waiting room its 5min. passed my appointment. Tionna the therapist calls me to tell me she's not feeling well and would I like to reschedule. A simple NO were good. Horrible service and I would not recommend. Very unprofessional and all the more, wasted my Saturday free time. If she would have apologized and offered me a free massage or a discount for the inconvenience on a different day I would not be posting this. I would just be disappointed and not upset. It does no one any good if you are possibly good at something but don't show up.

I purchased a 60 minute massage for my mother in law for Christmas. When she returned from her massage with Tionna this afternoon, she raved about how relaxed she felt and how wonderful and professional Tionna was, especially because my mother in law is an amputee and Tionna didn’t make her feel strange or uncomfortable. She said if she lived here she would definitely go back on a monthly basis!

Simply AMAZING!!!!!!! Sciatic issues for a few years, 1 session= NO PAIN, none. Slept better ever since my session and will go back regularly. Tionna is the Best, facilty is clean, inviting and staff is top notch, to die for.
