Courtney treated my trigger finger that has bothered me for years. It no longer triggers, she also got rid of the swelling and shooting pains. Now I don't need the surgery. Now I have a rotator cuff injury she helps with. She is very knowledgeable and gives me stretches and exercises based on what I need that visit. Overall great experience and look forward to my next appointment.

Recently saw Sheila for a prenatal massage. She was incredible! Being almost 32 weeks pregnant, I have been very uncomfortable. I left feeling the most relaxed I have felt in months. I will definitely be going back. Highly highly recommend!!

Courtney is wonderful. She takes time to listen and talk about what is going on with your body. She has been able to work areas that were awful and make them functional again. Our new adventure has been foot therapy for old injuries that requires medical intervention. My foot feels like it is brand new, able to step properly and my gait feels “normal”. I have recommended her to anyone who asks where they should go.
