Tillie's Lounge

From someone out of town, based in Chicago, me and my partner had a great night at Tillie's. We went to a couple other gay bars in the area and this was, by far, our favorite. The owner was there and was super friendly. Service was quick and also very nice. The crowd at this bar beat the crowds at the other bars, more inviting and felt welcoming. Overall, five stars for the atmosphere at Tillie's!

Love this spot! Pretty bar with fun activities, like gay bingo tonight. Karaoke, theme parties, cool craft cocktails. They don’t serve food but are happy if you bring some in or get delivery. Perfect hang out spot. Dog-friendly and sweet patio.

I'm a newly trans person, I went here as my first gay bar and I loved it! I met amazing people and Sean (bartender) was absolutely great at making me feel comfortable. If you are looking for a place to vibe and have great drinks this is the place!

Vintage, Velvety atmosphere with lounges you can reserve. At 430 pm we were the only one there before the crowd hit I'm sure. The outdoor patio had heated lamps with bar stools and different areas to sit. Music playing and tasty cocktails. Street parking only.

My wife and I stopped in to watch our friend DJ on 1/6/24. Great bar it was packed inside and had a very cozy atmosphere. Everyone was very friendly, I can't rate the food since we didn't eat. Bartender was nice and quick to serve us for how busy it was. Owner takes pride in this bar and is decorated very stylish. We would definitely return and recommend to give it a try. Little different kind of bar than we are use to but patrons were extremely nice and everyone enjoyed their time.

I have had a lot of really amazing dining experiences here. Fancy bar, live music and performers come out regularly. I feel no pressure when I walk into a bar with every walk of life. A very human; very welcoming place. Patrick is one of their best bartenders. You'll get drinks that are poured correctly and have the right amount of alcohol. Quality and well worth the price. If you get top shelf please feel free to ask them to have the pour measured- they don't mind. Hope to be in soon. Cheers.

Awesome, positive people and a great ambiance. The patio out back is relaxing and a hidden gem.

Came across this place by accident... This place is wild... gilded thrones and gorgeousness all round. Nice outdoor patio area and friendly bar tenders. Place seems fun! An awesome find!
