Tough Luck

We came here for a private work event with my husband's company. The food was amazing! The service was great as well. We don't drink, and every time we go to these things, there's always a lack of non alcoholic choices. This place served not only a ton of great drinks for everyone else (from what I heard), but the bartender made me my own special non alcoholic mixed drink that tasted amazing! I would definitely come back again for a date night. We had the Mac cheese with broccoli (so delicious), the side salad was also yummy, the wings, which were perfectly cooked, and the pulled pork sandwich which my husband LOVED. We also got to try a bunch of the appetizers. My favorites were the fried pickle spears, pretzel, and fries.

First time here and enjoyed the vibe. Their craft cocktails sound great! They have about 6-8 taps. Their food also looks good. Will be coming back to try more than just a Hazy IPA next time!

Tough luck. Bar is a gem hidden in a residential neighborhood. They have an impressively well stocked bar, and while I can't speak for substantial meals, I can vouch for the excellent selection of french fries, cheese fries, and tater tots. It helps if you like potatoes.

Great burgers, tots and fries — Love the outdoor patio and drink selection. Kid friendly and great for groups.

Service is good, Food is hit or miss(we've been here over a dozen times) but everyone should know that this bar allows children in the bar area. If you want a kid friendly bar, this is your place. I personally don't care for bars that allow children to run around.

I’m from out of town and stopped by Tough Luck because it was down the street from my Airbnb. The large patio space was super nice and the indoors was relaxed with TVs, music and nice air flow. I enjoyed a couple cocktails that were both unique and tasty. I snacked on the mixed olives which came with super good toasted bread. I had friendly interactions with the employees. I would definitely visit again next time I’m in town.

The atmosphere was very dark, loud, and too much bass in the speakers. The website has an outdated menu so my wifes drink of choice wasn't available. The grilled cheese had thick bread and nice cheese but the tomato soup was chunky and not seasoned too well. The fries were hot and crispy and had a great salty flavor to them. The others liked their fish and the wings were good as well. The pecan hot lemon tottie didn't have a lot of pecan in it at all. Slow service, but there was only one bartender working so it was understandable.

Ordered a Chicken bacon Ranch.. Chicken was somehow both dry and cold.. Almost no ranch on the sandwich to be found. Asked for some extra ranch and they wanted to charge me. I’m good, enough bars in this town to never think about coming here again.
