Katie was incredible! She took the time to listen to me and gave me an amazing massage. Already scheduled another appointment.

I scheduled a new (same day) appointment and the process was user friendly. It was my first massage with Livie, and she did a great job. I felt comfortable throughout the experience. She was very kind, and I will book again!

Tranquility massage is a wonderful place to relax and work out the kinks of daily life. Owner Katie is a skilled massage therapist who is easily able to find the knots and sore spots. This place is relaxing without being overbearing. Highly recommend!

The massage itself was good but I wasn't thrilled with the practitioner's manner. She never introduced herself to me; did not tell me her name. When asked about her day, she replied, "you're my last client and then I get to go home" which made me feel that she couldn't wait to get out of there. After the massage on my way out, she saw that I had money in my hand and rather than wait for me to hand it to her, she just assumed it was a tip for her and put her hand out for it. Then she gave me a cup of water and said, "you can skedaddle". Poor customer service skills.

Overall, my experience with Robert was very pleasant and relaxing. I really appreciated that he made me feel comfortable, sometimes, when I think of having a male masseuse, it makes me a little bit more nervous. I do have a condition called alopecia, where I wear wigs, so I get a little bit uncomfortable, knowing that I might have to take it off. Robert made my experience super Comfortable and I really like how he asked me questions regarding the pressure. I wanted during the massage and just made conversations making me feel eddies. I will definitely be returning, my partner, and I had a wonderful, relaxing time.

Katie is so amazing . Not only is she a fantastic masseuse but also engages in great conversation. I enjoy the deep tissue massage she does in a slow and relaxing manner. I highly recommend her for your next massage. She has a very busy schedule, so if you find a time to get her, take it before it's gone.

Livie was amazing! Definitely helped me out not being able to turn my head or move my upper body much. The aroma therapy prior to the massage, right music for relaxation, targeting the right areas, nice touch, and great personally, I felt welcomed and she has a great personality. Highly recommend, I have already scheduled more appts with her.
