I would like to thank Gabriel for the wonderful experience I had using his self created fit program . It was very rewarding to see and feel my body growing stronger with every week. The program kept me on my toes I should say . New sets of challenges and routines often that focused on particular muscles and movements very effectively. I totally appreciated the days of stretching and recovery because the program was not for the weak 🙂 . The program definitely got me out of my comfort zone and onto a new level mentally. Thank you for being there every step of the way as well Gabriel . Being patient and understanding when I needed assistance or just didn’t understand in particular. I truly appreciate the opportunity I had to work the program. It was challenging, fresh and fun!

This place is packed with skill, professionalism and good feels all around! Lucas is amazing, knows his stuff very well and he communicates very well too! I highly recommend him! I’m definitely coming back.

I was not going to say anything but this guy was the worst. And the more his ego gets inflated, the longer the fall from where he believes he is at. He has no pressure, no common sense, and clearly can not spell. If you want a fix, I would pick anywhere else in town. Anywhere! He needs some real training and needs to take classes. He does not listen to the customer nor does he think about them and their well being. I would never go here or to him even if I was paid to!
