Twist Lounge Greensboro

Ended our Winston Salem Pride day at the Twist Lounge in Greensboro. Was a great way to end the day. Service was great and the bartenders Serenity and Phoebe were the icing on the cake. Very friendly and the drinks were fantastic. Very friendly atmosphere where you can go just to relax and be yourself with a wonderful clientele to match. No drama here! Finally found a place that a gay couple can go to have a drink and hang out with friends or even meet some new friends. We live in Winston Salem, but it is worth the drive to finally have a place we can call our neighborhood lounge.

Such a great experience last night with the Drag Show. Performance was funny and exciting and the performers were fabulous!! Serenity and Phoebe ran a great show with excellent service, fluidity, and of course some laugh and kickass drinks. Probably the most welcoming and fun time I've had in the triad since I moved here 8 years ago. If you're looking for a spot to hang out and have a drink and just be welcomed 100% for who you are, then this is the spot. Can't wait for the next event!

I am new to the area, the bartender and the manager were just so sweet and welcoming. Made me feel like I was part of the family as soon as i walked in. Super friendly and great prices. You should definitely check it out if you are in the area. If I could give it 10 stars I would.

I have travelled extensively, and have never felt more immediately comfortable and safe in a public environment. As an introvert, I was surprised to see events for both big shindigs and more small and intimate evenings (the painting night was nothing short of peace and happiness). The clientele are also superb. Welcoming without being intrusive or overbearing, and conversations that genuinely made me laugh. Paired with bartenders that legitimately look out for everyone's well being (and incredible drink making skills!), I actually have found no desire to go anywhere else, and have spent time there simply existing. Such a rare jewel, I feel very lucky this is here!!!

Celebrated an event there and Serenity and the team were so great to work with. Great space for a band or DJ with a nice conversation area inside with couches, a pool table, and an outdoor patio space. Drinks were reasonably priced and we were able to bring in food. Looking forward to checking it out on a regular night.

I went there last night, and couldn't have had a better way to spend my birthday! The atmosphere is wonderful, and the people there are so welcoming! It was just an amazing experience.

Come here now and then and it's a great place to meet new people from all cultures (other countries included) and other ways of life. Most of everyone you meet here is really awesome to talk to and bartenders are some of the coolest you'll meet. Shout out to Serenity and Phoebe. This place is very serious about making it accepting to all, and does not tolerate harassment or other bar shenanigans. You'll feel safe and welcome here regardless of who you are. Just remember to bring proper forms of ID, you WILL be ID'd.

Wonderful special celebration at Twist Lounge last night. PFLAG Greensboro celebrated 30 years. Great location, wonderful bar, service is warm and wonderful. So accommodating. The venue has a great space to have a band and a large dance floor. Outdoor seating is comfortable. Food can be ordered in.
