U Bar

I was theee only vagina in a bar and felt so comfortable... I recommend this spot if you're a gay/pansexual like myself (woman) who doesn't want to be bothered, unless it's the bartender asking if I need a refill.. I didn't get any food so idk how good anything is. Otherwise it's a great spot for ppl like me.

I really liked it here ... walked in without knowing anyone and met a lot of nice guys and had a great time I drank and ate and laughed the entire evening evening. ... I was totally impressed with Sammy from the kitchen ... he came out and checked with me to make certain i did not have a food allergy to onions because I ordered nachos with no pickled onions. (he's awesome).

Ubar is awesome. A really laid back place, with a long rectangular bar. Love the bar, everyone gets a seat. And you can see each other. Lots of windows, so you don’t feel like you’re in some dark lounge. And the windows open up on days when the weather is good. The food is great. Small, but good portions, so you don’t feel overwhelmed. It’s a bar that is very conducive to conversation. And, Natira is just the best.

Me and wife love this place ...Reggie J. the security and doorman was so inviting and made us feel special ,, so we checked out this place late night thurs I was so nervous being a crossdresser but they welcomed us like old friends and ..again the head security Reggie J. made sure he pointed a safe way back to our hotel...thank you and can't wait to return to philly and the Gaborhood.

Me and my partner were awaiting a train in Philadelphia. Walked in U Bar and Brian gave us such great service and vibes that we decided to stay. Friendly man, great conversationalist, and the bar just has a vibe. ❤️

Great gay bar for a bit more of a low key experience. Can get a little packed but the staff does a great job trying to keep up

Awesome! We stopped here on the way home to New York from DC, and were super glad we did! The atmosphere was great, the bartender was super friendly and the people were so nice. Glad to say we made some new friends! Drinks were stiff, too. :]

Like this bar as it's good for talk and drink on ir first meet or casual meeting with friends or coworkers. I like this place as it's feasible to get there, amazing bartenders, they are friendly and good at suggesting nice drinks. They make drinks to make you drunk lol. Some drinks aren't their best but it also depends who is making it for you. I would not say all bartenders are great but most of them are amazing! The one in my pic is surely a great one lol!
