What a great bar and grill. I’m from Kansas City and I stop here every time I’m in Independence Kansas. It is a very well run restaurant and I’ve never had a bad meal or a bad experience here. The food is fantastic and always well placed on the plate and clean. We had breakfast there for the first time last weekend and I was blown away. It was delicious and good size portions. This is the best place to eat in this town. Hands Down! If you haven’t tried their breakfast, I highly recommend it. And I heard they’re going to be getting some cool Uncle Jack cups you will be able to take with you after your meal. Looking forward to that too. Thank you for giving this town a great place to eat and spend time.

This place is great! They are so much fun. The live music Saturday evening was so so good. Best Cajun chicken Alfredo I've ever had anywhere! Queso appetizer was yummy. We had a great time!

We went to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. The music was way too loud and I couldn't visit with people at our table. Our waitress was amazing. My only request is don't make the chicken parmesan sauce spicy . I've never had spaghetti sauce that spicy. All the other food was awesome. They even sang happy birthday to him.

Great food. The best cocktails in town. Exceptional, friendly service. There are other good options for a bite and a drink in Indy, but Uncle Jack’s is the best.

They let james take over one of the televisions to watch the basketball playoffs. The food was good, and the presentation on the sandwich wasn't as appealing as its taste. Played music after a certain time. Sang well.would go back.

Love coming here, especially since it's under New Ownership. The food quality is worth the price. They've got a good variety of comfort food and traditional grill grub. We love the Queso, best in town for flavor and consistency. Couldn't ask for better staff or nicer owners. Definitely recommend grabbing a bite. Lunch specials on Fridays and Saturdays are a real bargain too!

We arrived at closing time and they cheerfully accommodated us and took our order for a great meal. Great waitress!

My biggest issue was the food. I spent $23 on that crispy Monterey chicken with baked potato and a side salad to go. The person taking my order asked what kind of cheese he recommended pepper jack. The potato was completely undercooked, the side salad was completely messed until I mentioned it and I should have looked at the chicken because it wasn’t crispy chicken Carl. This is what I spent $23 for this. Not crispy chicken, no sides to go with the potato that was undercooked and this is not what Monterey chicken is supposed to look like being covered with fried onions and cheese. Terrible. I travel the country and I tell people places to go this would be a place I would say never go for food
