Unwind Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork

We have been going to Dawn at Unwind for years. She is absolutely the best masseuse we have ever been to. Everyone we have referred to her has had the same experience. She is professional and her space is welcoming and extreamly clean. She is very busy, because she is so good, so a fast appointment may not be possible. She listens to her client and adjusts treatments as needed. We are so fortunate to have her in Port Townsend!

This was an amazing massage (I asked Dawn for a relaxation massage). The pressure she used was perfect, the heated bed and blankets and towels were comforting, and I especially liked having the bed raised so my legs were elevated when I was on my back. Thank you, Dawn!

My most recent visit I came in with very bad upper right leg pain at the IT band. I had gone through physical therapy, acupuncture and chiropractor for the prior 5 months. One session with Dawn practically cured me - she concentrated on the afflicted area only. I still have a little residual soreness and hoping to get another appointment with her, but there's a long waiting list. She definitely knows what she's doing!

Dawn is an absolute gem. I have been to many massage therapists and she is truly exceptional. Every interaction that I have had with her has been super friendly and completely relaxing. She always puts 100% into every massage and has a way of finding all of the tense spots. I highly recommend her and am so glad to have found such a highly skilled and caring healer in Port Townsend!

I went to Dawn for my very first massage ever! My 60 minute massage was a wonderful experience. I was a little nervous and Dawn communicated clearly and made me feel very comfortable. Dawn is exceptional! I made a same day appointment - very rare at that. From the first communication to the end of my massage, I was truly impressed. Her studio is calm, clean and welcoming. She goes above and beyond with her offerings - a clean robe, slippers, and clean hair tie awaits your arrival. Dawn lets you choose your aromatherapy scent prior to your massage while you receive a salt foot bath just to get your nervous system calm before your treatment. Not only is the bed warm with clean, high quality sheets, her technique is attentive to your tight areas and she spends extra time on each body part. I questioned leaving a review because I want to keep her a secret - she is the best in town! Thank you, Dawn...see you next month!

Best massage I’ve had in my life! She is very caring and compassionate about her work. Her technique is top notch, she asks you about your needs and concerns then addresses them. I will always compare her massage to any other I ever get. Definitely always coming to her!!
