Urban Haven in Cleveland, OH, is a gem! My friend and I recently enjoyed a couples massage with Kristen and Spencer, and it was the best massage I’ve ever had. Kristen worked on me and was absolutely excellent. She applied hard pressure and wasn’t afraid to really get into my problem areas. The hot rocks and foot scrub were a nice touch. The ambience was perfect, and we both felt incredibly comfortable throughout the experience. Kristen communicated with me throughout the massage to ensure everything was feeling good, and she handled my post-surgery limitations like a true professional. They asked us about specifics beforehand, which made the experience personal and customized. Thank you both, Kristen and Spencer!

A truly therapeutic experience every time from the mellow yoga sessions to working out my work related injuries in the massage room I am always cared for professionally. The owner and staff is always welcoming, professional and orderly. The facility is always clean. They will have my business for years to come! Thanks guys.

I saw Erin K for some overall aches and body issues and it was hands down, the best massage I’ve had in Ohio. Erin started the session by asking about my needs and preferences and what i had like about previous massage and then tailored the session to fit my bodies needs. I walked away feeling refreshed and much less tight/tense than before. I really appreciated Erin’s ability to dial in on problem spots and really work places that don’t normally see a lot of attention in a massage but definitely needed it(forearms!). I will absolutely be rebooking with Erin!

Erin is by far the best massage therapist I've ever had the pleasure of working with, both for my Wife and me. Her skills and overall vibe are off the charts exceptional. At Urban Haven, there are no generic massages. Erin tailors each session to the individual , being highly attuned to your body's needs at that moment. When I had a specific foot issue, I was nervous about it being treated, but Erin skillfully worked around the sensitive area, providing relief and reminding me how much I needed it. She genuinely understands not just what you like, but also what you need. My Wife, who prefers a mix of deep tissue and relaxation, finds Erin's ability to seamlessly blend these techniques creates a fantastic experience. I also want to highlight Amy, who manages scheduling and ensures everything runs smoothly at Urban Haven. She's easy to communicate with and adds a amazing energy to the studio. Lastly we are excited about starting yoga again this fall. As someone still relatively new to the practice. I find Brittany to be an incredible instructor. She's patient with beginners like me while still encouraging you to improve and challenge yourself.

I’m visiting from Buffalo NY with some family and we last minute were looking for massages. We came across Urban haven and I am so glad we did! What a cozy atmosphere, I had Jasmine G as my massage therapist and when I say this was the BEST massage I have ever had in my life I fully stand by that and I have had many many massages at all different places. I will make this trip in the future just to visit Jasmine again. I feel so wonderful after. Jasmine was welcoming and made sure i was comfortable every step of the way! I will be back!

Went in today because my calf muscle was super tight after a long run, and Julia was amazing. Really focused on the problem area and worked on the rest of my legs. 100% will go back here and can’t recommend Julia enough! Super cool old Ohio City building as well.

Urban Haven provides a wide range of services and products which is a wonderful thing for this area. I specifically utilized only the sauna and cold plunge through their $50 a month membership including those two services along with yoga class. I truly thought this was a great deal. While utilizing these services I was quite pleased with the friendly employees of Urban Haven. My only qualm with my experience over two months utilizing the services came with signing up for the services. I had signed up online and as I did the cold plunge was not yet available as it was under construction for about the first week and a half of my membership. Sadly I was not informed of this when I signed up. When I brought up this predicament to the owner I don’t think she understood my concerns about paying for a service I could not use. I was almost blamed for not being aware of the construction even though I would have had no way of knowing as no disclaimer was made as I signed up online. Was I offered a small voucher in exchange for my troubles, yes, but it still does not make up for the lost time I could have been using these services. This was frustrating but like I said the services were helpful and delightful when I was eventually granted access to use them.

Not only is the establishment comforting and relaxing, everyone is an absolute delight. Eden is always wonderful when taking care of me. I got a beautiful rose flower facial and a sugar wax for my legs. She was gentle, explaining everything she was doing before doing it and also the benefits of the products and methods she uses. I highly recommend Eden for any esthetic services ♥️
