I had a super experience today at Vada Wellness. First I visited the Salt Den for 15 minutes to relax and get loose then I had my massage. I upgraded a bit and added foot and face treatments which I really enjoyed. Thank you Kari for a really enjoyable combination massage.

Sarah was absolutely fantastic! She personalized the 30-minute Bliss massage to effectively create more length, space and range of motion, in a trouble area in my back. Her calm demeanor, expertise, and professionalism made the session very comfortable. She also offered some great take-home suggestions. I highly recommend her!

First massage at Vada. They had just made some big additions to the ambience and Zen feel of the interior, along with adding a salt room where you get 15 minutes of a blanket sauna before your massage to warm and relax the muscles, all of which added to the experience.
