To start, Ruby gave me an assessment to see where I may have body, muscle, or nerve issues. After the quick assessment, she gave me a little education on circulation, why it was important, and what she could do to improve mine. We set up for a full-body massage. After her work, I felt as though I was in alignment. My head and shoulders were straight, I was walking better, and the stiff neck from constantly looking at computer screens to the right of me was gone. I am going to take her up on the 1 massage a month challenge, and you should too. Massage is not just a luxury service, it should be part of your monthly health routine.

Excellent deep massage! Felt like I have a new body, more relaxed and flexible. Those knots where slowly been removed esp. Loved the hot stones. Mark did a very good job paying attention to where it should get an attention.
