Veranda at the Long Island Eagle

This place is a great spot, my wife and I went Thursday night and the bar tender Dave was amazing! Had a blast and met some really nice people.

The Eagle is one of the most fun and welcoming bars around. The crowd is very warm and friendly, and the drinks are well priced, served by attentive, kind staff. And if you need a bite, the food is quite good, even though you don't have to order it anymore!

I have been going here for over 2 years and I have never had a bad experience. The bartenders and doorman are always very welcoming. Never seen or heard of any issues while here. It's one of the only places you can go to, have a good time without having to look over your shoulder. Yes, this is a gay bar. No, I am not gay. Why go here? Because you can find every age and sex from 21 to 70 in the same bar, at the same time, having a great time....EVERY TIME!! I have hosted my Latin Fusion party for over 9 years here.. I thank the owner for allowing us latinos and drag queens and trans people have a place to feel special... There is only 2 bars on long Island that we can go . We need to support our homes... Respect and respect will be given.... That's how I have been able to have such a beautiful time hosting the parties.. Come down and enjoy a great drink...

The staff is sassy and friendly, the drinks are affordable and strong. If you wanna hear your favorite songs I'd suggest bringing a few bucks and getting there relatively early cause you can choose the music played on their JukeBox. Theres a pool table and it's a great place to meet fellow LGBTQ+.

Went this past weekend for the first time and loved it! They made me feel very welcome, and the music was great strongly recommend if your in the area! Shout out to the bartender Ricardo and David who made my visit amazing! Defenetly coming back again!

It was my first time there this past Saturday. It was a GREAT experience! The service was very friendly and the drinks were generous and incredibly reasonably priced. When you are on the patio, you can't tell that just over the fence is a major road. I'll definitely be going back!!!

Awesome friendly place. Drinks are not pricey and they are made well. People are so nice and if your in the mood to dance, you can just dance with anyone. Also, the pool table are free.
