Vita Sana Day Spa

I needed a last minute reservation for my brother and sister in law for a couples massage and luckily Vita Sana had a cancellation and were able to fit me in! The girl at the front was super helpful and sweet and they were very responsive to text messages. My brother and sister in law LOVED their massage! Price was reasonable as well even though it was same-day. Really impressed and I will definitely be back!

My husband and I were in from out of town and found the spa on Google. We scheduled the Vita Excursion spa treatment which includes facials and massages. Both providers Sierra and Nicky were wonderful! The faculty was calming, clean and well decorated. We left happy and relaxed, a seamless process. We wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Kat - not only are you a great person but your profession suits you. This was the best experience ever. I'm so thrilled Tricities has such a unique spot to unwind and experience the most relaxing therapy ever. I will recommend this place to everyone I know and you can count me in for coming back. Got a couples massage to celebrate our first ten years of marriage and it was amazing. Super soothing atmosphere, friendly and gentle (but firm) massage therapists. Grateful that they offer this so my husband and I have a nice way to celebrate.

Kat is fantastic. I suffer from migraines and get “migraine massages” from her and they are game changers. I leave feeling so much better and pain free. I couldn’t recommend her more.

Just had my first massage here, and I’m so impressed. Kathleen was personable, professional, and very in tune to my needs. She made me feel comfortable and tailored the hour to my goal of relaxing. I’ve had a few massages at other establishments, but Kathleen is by far my favorite massage therapist. The spa itself was clean, quiet, and tranquil-feeling. The room was serene and the massage table was the perfect temperature. I also appreciated the exit room experience (salt room with complimentary drink). I’ll be looking into the membership hopefully soon!

Got a couples massage with my partner and they were absolutely wonderful. The salt room is a wonderful edition as well. Be sure you take the tea of they offer it. It is the best tea we have ever had!
