If you're on the fence just Go! I waited way too long to finally get my first. Relaxation inducing is a given. Terri M. offers a lot of value add with the only 30min appt. I'd suggest going longer than 30min but i didn't know. Looking forward to what she can do with more time. My shoulder is already moving in ways I wasn't able prior.

I really look forward to my sessions with Tammy. She is such a professional. She asks me about how I am doing and if there are any specific areas that need more attention. She can get all my kinks and knots out and gives me helpful tips on certain stretches and exercises. I walk out of there feeling wonderful. I look forward to every appointment.
