Best massage I've ever had and Sonya gave me a ton of great advice. Excellent massage and PT counseling!

I had an amazing massage. I went in with lower back pain and she worked very hard to release my overused, tight muscles. She used many methods (hot stones/cupping, etc.) I'm happy to say the massage was very successful and I'm back to my normal level of mobility and I am pain free. She is very knowledgeable, skilled and caring. I highly recommend Sonya.

Recently moved to WA and was in dire need of some TLC and booked a 90 minute "Work Everything" massage. It was an incredible experience. Sonya was very thorough and intuitively knew the areas that really needed work. It was a very deep massage but there was no undue pressure- her technique is amazing. The space is inviting, clean, and the Epsom salt bath prior to massage was a great way to help me warm up and settle into my body. Looking forward to my next session.

Sonya gave a great treatment with excellent attention to detail from a lovely foot soak and cup of tea at the start to her thoroughly knowledgeable and aware technique on the table. A fine massage overall and very good for a first encounter. Recommend definitely.

Alana figured out what muscle has been giving me such a hard time and knew some stretches to help with it - something a physiotherapist I saw in another city couldn't figure out in multiple appointments. So I'm very grateful for the help with that, and the massage overall was a good experience.

Sonya is an incredible Masseuse and is really plugged into where all of your aches and pains are located. She is able to paint you a picture of the inner workings of your body, so you better understand why something hurts. She works deeply on the specific areas that need it and will back off of anything that doesn't feel good. She uses a variety of techniques to work the painful areas. I left feeling loose and light--that's what I want in a Massage Therapist. The Island is fortunate to have such a great Massage Therapist, and I'm glad I found her!
