When I initially encounterd Grace Cerami, she was attending Massage Therapy school and was still a student honing her skill set. It was upon a recommendation by my acupuncturist that I started seeing Grace in May 2024. To say Grace has perfected her massage therapy technique is an understatement. Grace provides the massage therapy services that each individual needs and requires on the given day of treatment. The client is not rushed and is respectfully questioned on every aspect of the massage. The office is extremely clean, has a very calming and peaceful aura and has plenty of parking. Grace explains each technique that she uses and educates the client in how to help their own self feel better and increase their individual wellness. Personally, I have had the 30 minute assisted stretching session prior to a 60 minute deep tissue massage both times that I have been to Vitality Massage Services. Both times I have walked out feeling 1,000 times better than when I walked into the office. I have booked my next appointment and am counting down the days. Grace has assisted in alleviating hip pain and back pain from muscle strains, as well as, giving me simple exercises to prevent future strains. Grace is a definite appointment required for anyone who needs a bit of wellness and stress release in their life. Highly, highly recommend!

Grace is awesome. Had a deep tissue massage and focused mostly on my bad back. Felt sore but great afterwards. She is very knowledgeable and personable. Going back soon!!

What a gift! Grace is a true master of precision deep tissue massage; she's one of the few folks who's been able to get into some of those real tight spots in my quads and hamstrings. The Vitality space is beautiful and comfortable, Grace is professional and kind and an all around fantastic massage therapist. I came in all the way from West Philadelphia for this session and it was totally worth it! Highly recommended.

Grace did a fabulous job working on my knots. She found areas I didn’t even know were tight but I felt fantastic afterwards. My neck has so much more mobility afterwards. She was very friendly and sweet, explaining what she was doing and checking in with me throughout. I slept like a rock after my massage yesterday!
