found this to be a very unprofessional practice at the beginning. When I called in advance and asked whether my lady and I needed an appointment, she told me that we could just walk in, and so that is what we did. Upon arrival, she advised me to schedule an appointment, as she is unfamiliar with her own policies. There may be other options that you want to look into
