Wellness Tui-Na Massage Spa

I have grown up in this area and have NEVER been racially profiled until today. After receiving services, I already knew that I would not return however it was during checkout that things became horrific. I was charged twice for the services I received, I still left a tip and was not upset because mistakes happen. After noticing both charges on my account, the manager took a picture of the transaction and Me WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. Once things were resolved, she stated “ if you dispute the charges, I will report you and I have your photo”!! First of all, WHY would I need to lie if I paid for services that were received whether I liked it or not. At that moment, I knew that she said that because of the color of my skin and I was DEVASTATED!! During the services, I was hit with the chair by accident( I did NOT complain ONCE). Then the technician literally CLIMBED on top of me( I still did not complain because each establishment does things differently)! However, rubbing baby oil on me put the icing on the cake and I knew I would not be returning. I never should leave somewhere feeling hurt and ashamed of even trying this place. I was asked multiple times even before the service, how am I paying??? I still gave them a chance because maybe they have experienced non paying customers in the past. To threaten me while I was leaving, was the worse thing I have ever experienced and I hope no one else has to deal with the trauma that this place has caused me.

My sister and I had one hour appointments set up and when we arrived the woman said we could only get a 1/2 hour each. Without realizing she was going to charge us 50 each for a half hour instead of the price of a one hour session which is 60 we agreed. Then she took another client after us so I’m not sure why we couldn’t each have one hour. So we paid for two hours massage but only got one hour massage. We called the next day and they didn’t want to return any money or offer a massage. Really unprofessional and it’s a shame for them as they lost a few good customers. This is not how you do good business. I won’t be back.

This is a discriminating establishment, my wife went there in had a very bad experience they racial profile her at this place in they were taking pictures of her in everything to make sure she paid them!?this was the worst experience she ever came across I will not recommend anyone to go there at all!if I could go beyond a one star rating I definitely will!
