The aggressive demand for a tip was unacceptable. I tip for exceptional service, but service was not exceptional. The massage was good, but I booked two separate massages and they initially tried putting us in a couples massage room. The masseurs also conversed loudly from the separate rooms during the massage. As I paid, the massuse looked intensely at the screen. When I skipped the tip option she chose the back button! We went back and forth for at least five minutes until another employee came and hesitantly clarified that tipping is not required. I left feeling more annoyed than relaxed.

My massage therapist was friendly and I got a 90 minute deep tissue massage. She got in deep and used really cool techniques! They fit me in the same day I called which is hard to find at a spa. Prices are very reasonable. You can hear what’s going on outside of your room. It didn’t bother me much but for others that may be a factor they don’t like.

was there today and massage was just ok, doir to room left open with a curtain hanging so kinda noisy, and girl didnt do my front side of legs just feet!!! probably wont go back there!! thats not a full body massage!! i usually give a Big tip but not this time!!!

My husband and I both got 60 min. massages here; different days, different times and they were amazing. The spa is extremely clean and safe. The women know what they are doing and as with Asian massage, have great technique. That they are so sweet, is a nice bonus, too. With all the stress that is going on during Covid days, this foot spa is a welcoming get away. Prices are beyond reasonable. They work hard; don't forget to tip well! Highly recommend.
