White plains spa

The best massage I’ve ever had! After experiencing several days of headaches caused by tension in my neck and shoulders, I decided to visit the White Plains Spa. I was able to book a 30-minute appointment for the same day after work, and it exceeded all my expectations. Despite the short session, I received an incredible deep tissue massage. The massage therapist intuitively focused on the most painful areas in my neck, providing much-needed relief. I left a cash tip because the pricing is extremely reasonable compared to other massage services in the area. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend it to everyone!

This was my first experience at this location. I arrived and was quickly ushered back to a room to get undressed. There was soft soothing music overhead. A very pleasant young lady (everyone looks young to me now a days) came in. This was the best 60 minute I have had in years. I think she may have suspended time . I believe her name was Lind and I would definitely ask for her again.

I have been twice and each time was excellent. You can’t beat the price and quality of the massage. I highly recommend.

My friend and I caught up with each other while enjoying such a lovely massage. The two female masseuse's were cognizant of our different needs and it was the best 60 minutes to catch up with someone. The facility was clean, no frills, and the price was unmatched. I would definitely go again and recommend that you give it a shot!

I have not seen prices like this before. Very affordable considering white plains. The masseurs are professional and VERY GOOD!!! I have started going there weekly. They are good. I also love the heated bed and the cupping option.

Excellent no frills Asian body work style massage. Private rooms. Clean. Heated tables. My favorite masseuse is Linda. Been going for over 8 years since their prior location in the white plains mall. $60 for an hour. So worth it! Updated 2024: there have been a lot of new masseuses that unfortunately have not been good!!

I have been a customer at white plains spa for close to 2 years. The spa is clean and well maintained. The therapists are wonderful and personable. When I go for my massage, I find that I become so relaxed and comfortable and leave floating on air. The prices are very reasonable for such a first class massage. I cannot wait for my next appointment. Everybody is very friendly and welcoming. The place is a treasure.

I’m so happy I found this place. I had my first appointment last weekend and I just left my second appointment today. I saw Mendy both times and she was fantastic, I’ll be making regular appointments going forward. I work in the service industry and spend 12-14 hours on my feet per day, causing my legs and muscles to be strained. I’ve felt and noticed a huge change in how my body feels since my first appointment. The rooms are spotless and the lighting is peaceful.
