Came on the promise of good karaoke and good location. It's definitely a dive bar, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. Drinks were pretty good for the price. The seating is really limited inside and out on a busy Saturday night, pool tables take up much of the indoor real estate. There seemed to be a lot of regulars there for karaoke, which made it hard to break into the rotation. But all in all it was a pleasant experience. I'd go again and get there earlier for karaoke.

Always have loved this magical place!! Used to go in weekly almost 2 decades ago... Went back for Karaoke, and it was STILL just the greatest most amazing dive bar in the world.... And dives are my fave for personality depth and energy!!

Great bar, everything is super cheap but still high quality. Good tvs for sports if you’re wanting to watch a game. Drink specials every night which is rare in Utah. Hannah was an amazing server.

Karaoke setup on Saturdays (no stage) and a nice patio. There's only 1 bartender so be prepared to wait.

They don’t comply with Utah ADA law. I had a service animal and I was asked some inappropriate/illegal questions. Staff may ask two questions: (1) is the dog a service animal required because of a disability, and (2) what work or task has the dog been trained to perform. Staff cannot ask about the person’s disability, require medical documentation, require a special identification card or training documentation for the dog, or ask that the dog demonstrate its ability to perform the work or task. They threatened to kick me out because I allowed my dog to be pet by some people after they asked and I made sure she was calm. A person with a disability cannot be asked to remove his service animal from the premises unless: (1) the dog is out of control and the handler does not take effective action to control it or (2) the dog is not housebroken. They basically said that because people are drunk the dog may bite them if people try to pet her… If that has happened, then the owner takes responsibility. I am not liable for someone else’s bad choices.

The only reason is 3 stars. Is they need more help. We were there almost 2 hours and only got 1 drink. The sandwich I got was the grilled cheese. It wasn't melted all the way, and the Mac and cheese could have been the best I've ever had if it wasn't cold. I had the peach tea and wanted 20 more. This all being said. I understand staffing is tight. Definitely go try this place and see what you think.

It's legitimately impossible to give this bar a good enough review. On top of offering the best prices in the valley, the team is the absolute best. This is the only thing in Salt Lake that makes me wish I wasn't moving.
