My doctor was ready to put me on pain medications. Thanks to Will coaching me for physical therapy and providing massage therapy, my shoulder has fully recovered. I definitely recommend Will, as a creative director/designer I spend a lot of time sitting and clicking. I had a developed really strong shoulder and wrist pain from working and Will set up an exercise schedule and stretching and strengthening sessions. I didn’t think I would be able to get rid of the pain since I still sit for work, but Will thought me how to keep a simple exercise schedule to stay pain free. There’s real science behind what he does. Definitely 5 stars!
