I love the sauna's thoughtful inclusion of a sand 15-minute timer! It's a fantastic feature that helps prevent overheating and ensures a safe and enjoyable experience. Such attention to detail really enhances the overall relaxation and comfort during each session. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, providing detailed instructions and safety tips for using the sauna. I recommend bringing along mineral water with Na for hydration, about 1.5 liters per person for a 90-minute visit. And don't forget to cover your head with a towel to avoid any risk of heat stroke if you prefer higher temperatures. Andre is an amazing RMT. I went in with a lot of pain on my shoulders and neck. I could barely turn my head. Andre made me feel so much better and put me on a scheduled therapy which has helped me stay pain free. He is very experienced. The environment is so relaxed and clean. Overall a great experience.
