Autumn exceeded my expectations! It was my first time seeing her after finding her through a Google search, and I'm really glad I did. The environment was comfortable, she was very professional and knowledgeable, and the massage was fantastic. I'll definitely be back!

Autumn was AMAZING! It was hard for me in the beginning to loosen up, but after her instructions and patience, it went very well. You will not be disappointed in her technique. She gave me pointers to help keep my body in tune. It's was not only relaxing for my body, but my mind needed rest too, and she hit every point. Definitely get the 2 hour session. You won't regret it! I will definitely be back to see her soon.

Autumn is great! She used the right amount of pressure and listened to what I needed. At the end, she even gave me some pointers on how to stretch certain muscles that were extremely sore before I went in. I wasn't sore the next day either. Best massage! I would definitely recommend going to see her

After reading many good reviews, I went to Autumn on 9/26/23 for chronic pain relief from old sports injuries. I booked a 90 min therapeutic massage. It was INCREDIBLE. I left feeling great and the next morning was even better. Chronic pain was all but gone. I could not believe it!!! I haven’t felt that much relief in my hips, back, knees, and shoulder in probably 10+ years. If you are wondering about whether Autumn might be good for you, don’t! Just go see her. Amazing!!!

I’ve looked all over for someone to help with chronic back pain. After seeing Autumn is the first time in years I had no pain. She really is great at what she does. She gave me stretches to do at home which have been extremely helpful and she’s checked in after my massage to see how I’m feeling and if there’s anything she can help me with. Very professional, no tipping, fair pricing, great communication, excellent for pain relief, she’s rad.

Autumn is amazing! I have chronic pain from a motor vehicle accident 4 years ago. Autumn’s technique is the perfect combination of soothing and relief. I always walk out of her office feeling so much better, both physically and emotionally. She is truly a professional, spending time evaluating your wants and needs and making suggestions. Autumn is great! I highly recommend her. As others have raved, she is great at what she does. Very knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and I can't say enough about how good the massage was. She listens and seems to care about what you want, which is nice. The session didn't feel rushed or short changed like I have experienced at some other places. She pays attention to areas you are aware of before and ones she finds during the session. She has strong yet gentle hands for just the right pressure. I cannot recommend her enough. I hope to see her again as soon as I can and suggest you do too if you're looking for a great massage experience in Northern Colorado.
